As Ning Feng's words fell, Konan, Yahiko, and the others agreed without the slightest hesitation.
The Hidden Rain Village was in desperate need of a powerhouse like Uchiha Feng to take charge. As long as Ning Feng was willing to accept, they would agree even if his conditions were far harsher.
Soon, Konan, Nagato, and the others all turned their gazes toward Yahiko. Yahiko took a deep breath, nodded heavily, and slowly walked toward Ning Feng.
"Since Lord Feng has agreed, then from this day forward, the position of Akage of the Hidden Rain Village shall be yours to assu."
"You will beco the Third Akage, ruling over the Hidden Rain Village from now on!"
As Yahiko spoke, Konan and the others finally let out long-held breaths of relief, joining the Akatsuki mbers in enthusiastic celebration.
For them—and for the entire Hidden Rain Village—there was nothing more worthy of celebration than this.
Watching Konan, Yahiko, and the others celebrate so joyfully, Ning Feng shrugged lightly. In the original canon, the Hidden Rain Village was too small to officially establish the title of Akage, and it was never recognized by the Five Great Nations.
But soon enough, his na as the Third Akage would resound throughout the entire shinobi world—shaking it to its core.
Just as he was thinking this, several crisp system notifications rang out in succession:
"Congratulations! You have successfully beco the Third Akage of the Hidden Rain Village and may now control the Hidden Rain Village of the Land of Rain!"
"As the first player to beco a village ruler, you have received one [Akage Gift Pack]!"
"Congratulations! As the Third Akage, you have unlocked the managent authority of [Hidden Rain Village]. You may now mobilize personnel and adjust appointnts throughout the village!"
Hearing these notifications, Ning Feng didn't even have ti to open the [Akage Gift Pack] before he noticed sothing astonishing—
A new Managent option had appeared in his personal status interface.
Within this managent panel, he could not only govern the younger generation of the Uchiha Clan as their young lord, but also manage the entire Hidden Rain Village as its Third Akage.
Upon opening the Hidden Rain Village interface, a complete roster of all active village shinobi instantly appeared before him.
Scanning through the list, Ning Feng noticed that many mbers of the Salamander Clan occupied key positions, including several critical departnts—clearly appointnts left behind by Hanzō of the Salamander.
Though Ning Feng had never run a company or managed a village before, he understood one thing very clearly:
Personnel managent was everything.
If the village was filled with shinobi who did not answer to him, then his title as Akage would be aningless.
"Konan," Ning Feng said, his eyes glinting faintly, "since I'm already the Third Akage, I'll be starting reforms imdiately."
Konan and the others were visibly delighted when they heard this.
Although Akatsuki had once controlled the Hidden Rain Village, many stubborn clans and entrenched powers had never been purged—leading to their eventual downfall.
Now, with an iron-fisted figure like Uchiha Feng in charge, the Hidden Rain Village was sure to rise again in a very short ti.
"Lord Feng," Konan said, blinking her beautiful eyes, "no matter what you ask of us, we won't question it."
Seeing their eagerness, Ning Feng naturally didn't hold back.
"Nagato," he said decisively, "take a group of trusted Akatsuki mbers and imdiately move on these households. Eliminate them under various pretexts."
"Once they're dealt with, establish an assassination organization centered on you—call it 'Feng.'"
"This organization will train assassins and intelligence operatives for the Hidden Rain, specializing in political purges and dirty work."
To maintain a regi like the Hidden Rain Village, light alone was not enough—darkness was just as necessary.
Enemies might not fear open confrontation, but they would always fear a blade from the shadows.
Nagato nodded without hesitation. He understood clearly that soone had to handle the work no one wanted to touch.
"Yahiko," Ning Feng continued, issuing his second order without pause, "you'll lead another group to establish the Hidden Rain's ANBU, focusing on elite assassination and special operations units."
"If manpower is insufficient, Deidara will assist you."
After these two orders, Konan, Nagato, and the others looked at Ning Feng with even greater anticipation.
Only soone as ruthless as Uchiha Feng would dare act so decisively.
"Konan," Ning Feng said after a mont's thought, "you'll stay by my side and help manage state affairs. When I'm away, you'll act as my proxy."
"Yes, Lord Feng!"
Konan nodded firmly.
At this point, Yahiko and Nagato wasted no ti. With Ning Feng's orders in hand, they led trusted Akatsuki mbers off to carry out their missions.
As soon as they left, Ning Feng asked quietly:
"Konan, now that Akatsuki controls the Hidden Rain Village, which clans do you think are most likely to betray us—or flee entirely?"
Konan imdiately began analyzing the situation for him in detail…
That night—when Akatsuki was reborn with Ning Feng's aid—was destined to be sleepless.
For the civilians of the Hidden Rain Village, Akatsuki's revival ant hope for the future.
But for the shinobi who opposed Akatsuki, it was a nightmare.
A nightmare that didn't last long.
Those Hidden Rain shinobi and clans who resisted Akatsuki—or openly opposed it—vanished one after another in a series of mysterious incidents.
Most notably, the Salamander Clan disappeared entirely, as if it had never existed at all.
When the sun rose over the Hidden Rain Village the next morning, aside from civilians, only shinobi who had joined Akatsuki—or previously supported it—remained.
No one dared to ask what had happened to the others. An unspoken silence settled over the village.
After Ning Feng completed this massive purge, the key positions of the Hidden Rain Village were all taken over by Nagato, Yahiko, Konan, and their people—becoming the true right-hand aides of the Third Akage.
Naturally, not long after Ning Feng took control of Akatsuki, Iwagakure was shaken to its core.
The reason was simple—
Uchiha Feng, the young lord of the Uchiha Clan, had not only captured Iwagakure's general Akatsuchi, but had also helped Akatsuki reclaim the Hidden Rain Village—
And had beco the Third Akage.
