After awakening the Mangekyō Sharingan and unlocking Susanoo, the combat strength of Susanoo could vary greatly depending on its stage.
Generally speaking, Susanoo has six stages, or six forms:

The stronger the Mangekyō's ocular power, the stronger the form of Susanoo that can be manifested.
At the very beginning, Susanoo consisted of nothing more than a rib cage and an arm, barely enough to block ninjutsu.
In the First Form, it possesses a massive skeletal body capable of full defense.
Second Form:
The giant skeleton becos covered in flesh, blood vessels, and muscle, allowing it to wield powerful weapons capable of devastating damage.
Third Form:
In addition to formidable weapons, Susanoo gains armor and can wield divine armants.
Fourth Form:
Beyond the third form's abilities, Susanoo gains legs, allowing it to move and fight at high speed. The user would sit entirely within Susanoo to battle.
Perfect Form:
Known as the "true Susanoo." At this stage, Susanoo beca incomparably enormous, its chakra stabilized, and its power could easily cleave mountains and teors. It even gained the ability to fly.
Most importantly, it could form hand seals and use the caster's signature techniques—essentially becoming a colossal ninja in its own right.
At present, because Ning Feng had only just awakened Susanoo, his Susanoo was stuck at the earliest stage—a bare rib cage and arm, barely sufficient for defense.
But once he used the [Susanoo Upgrade Scroll], he wouldn't need to further strengthen his ocular power at all. He would directly gain access to Second Form Susanoo.

Madara Uchiha, Itachi Uchiha, and Sasuke Uchiha had all experienced near-blindness at various points. Itachi's illness at such a young age was likely related to it as well.
That said, Ning Feng wasn't truly worried.
If the worst ca to pass, he could always transplant the Mangekyō Sharingan of soone like Obito Uchiha later. There were plenty of villains, after all.

Letting out a long breath, Ning Feng flickered away and returned directly to the Uchiha compound.
The battle with Kumogakure had been ntally exhausting, so Ning Feng skipped training and went straight to sleep.
During the night, Itachi Uchiha and Shisui Uchiha—both devoted to their elder brother—ca by to check on him. Seeing that Ning Feng was sleeping soundly, neither disturbed him.
The next day, under a pleasant sky, Ning Feng woke at dawn.
As usual, he perford chakra extraction, and after refining his chakra, headed toward the Uchiha council hall.
Thanks to Ning Feng's efforts, the Uchiha clan had already relocated to a new compound—vastly larger than their previous residence.
The hall used for clan etings was equally grand, far more luxurious than before, its walls adorned with calligraphy, paintings, rare tea bowls, and various treasures.
However, the mont Ning Feng entered the hall, he keenly sensed that the atmosphere within the Uchiha clan was tense and oppressive.
Along the way, the clansn he encountered all wore expressions filled with anger and suppressed fury.

Given that he had heavily crippled Kumogakure's jōnin force and earned great rit, the Uchiha clan should have been celebrating alongside him.
Just as Fugaku was about to respond—
A shaless voice suddenly rang out from outside the Uchiha compound:
"Clan Head Fugaku, the Konoha high command is only considering the future of the Uchiha clan."

These two were none other than Konoha's senior advisors:
Mitokado Homura and Utatane Koharu.
Upon seeing them, Ning Feng's brows furrowed.
He had never had the slightest goodwill toward these two.
In the original history, when Konoha planned the Uchiha clan massacre, these two had been deeply involved, scheming alongside Sarutobi Hiruzen—political animals through and through.
Later on, Danzō's temporary ascension to the Hokage's seat was also inseparable from their support.
For them to appear now—
