Ten minutes later, the miniature ferocious beast opened its eyes once more.
This marked the third resurrection of the creature.
Upon spotting Jiang Que, the beast promptly prostrated itself on the ground.

Jiang Que was pleased with its deanor.
He opened the door and summoned a clansman.

The clansman quickly settled into a deep ditative state.
Jiang Que directed the miniature ferocious beast toward the cultivating clansman.
Understanding Jiang Que’s intent, the beast realized it was not in danger this ti. It joyfully obeyed Jiang Que’s gesture and positioned itself beside the clansman.
“After a while, Jiang Que inquired, “Is there any Spirit Power leaking from your Qi Sea?”
“No!” the clansman replied confidently, shaking his head.
“No?” Jiang Que was sowhat taken aback.
As Jiang Que moved closer to the miniature ferocious beast, he imdiately sensed a wisp of Spirit Power escaping from his own Qi Sea toward the creature.
”The miniature ferocious beast seems to only steal my Spirit Power,” Jiang Que said, sowhat resigned.
He had the clansman fetch Pann Qiu and Roger to test this theory, but the outco was unchanged.
Despite Pann Qiu and Roger being only slightly less powerful than Jiang Que, the miniature ferocious beast appeared only interested in Jiang Que’s Spirit Power, showing no interest in theirs.
”Go ahead and do as you please,” Jiang Que told the beast, resigned to the situation.
He gestured for Pann Qiu and Roger to leave and returned to his wooden bed to sit cross-legged.
Jiang Que quickly re-entered a ditative state.
The beast’s absorption of his Spirit Power was minimal, so it had no significant impact on his cultivation speed.
Jiang Que decided to let it be, hoping to study the beast’s revival ability in the future.
The miniature ferocious beast watched as Jiang Que settled back into his ditative state. It hesitated for a good ten seconds, clearly unable to resist the lure of Jiang Que’s Spirit Power.
Silently, the beast crept onto the wooden bed and lay down next to Jiang Que, its face a picture of contentnt before it swiftly succumbed to sleep.
”The miniature ferocious beast has successfully captivated Jiang Que with its abilities. So much so that Jiang Que left it unbothered by his side,” soone observed.
“Why can’t I be the one lying next to Jiang Que?” another lanted.
“Forget it! Given Jiang Que’s character, you’d need to possess sothing truly captivating to catch his eye,” ca the reply.
“It’s such a sha this miniature ferocious beast is confined to the Exile Planet. Had it appeared on any other planet, it would’ve been perfect. Its resurrection ability is an ideal subject for our forbidden life studies.”
“Keeping the miniature ferocious beast with Jiang Que is a sheer waste. His strength is bound to hit a ceiling, and he’ll never grow to the point where he can delve into matters like resurrection.”
