Chapter 1: If I’m Too Talented, Can I Get a Recomndation?

It was China, Nanhu Province, Anyang City, No. 1 High School.

“Sister Ya, what if, I an, what if,” Zhao Xing hesitated, his eyes filled with excitent and curiosity. “A level 1 enchanter’s enchantnt success rate is 100%,” he continued, his voice filled with anticipation.

“The enchanting effect is also 10 tis that of normal. And during the enchanting process, there’s also a certain chance of randomly generating additional effects. So is it possible for such an enchantnt master to be guaranteed a place in the Transcendent Academy and enjoy special treatnt?”

Inside the office, the sunlight streaming through the window cast a warm glow as Zhao Xing sat on a chair, his mind filled with dreams of greatness. Across him, Guan Ya, the young and approachable teacher, listened attentively, her eyes sparkling behind her glasses.

“It’s impossible,” Guan Ya replied with a gentle smile. “The success probability of a Level 1 Enchanter, not to ntion 100%, is incredibly rare. Even reaching a 10% success rate is considered exceptional talent.”

Undeterred, Zhao Xing pressed on, his eyes shining with determination. “I an hypothetically. Suppose what I said is true?”

Guan Ya adjusted her glasses, her expression thoughtful. “Well, let’s entertain the possibility that there really is a situation like what you said. You would certainly receive a recomndation based on the first point alone.”

Zhao Xing’s heart skipped a beat. A recomndation to the Transcendent Academy! It was a dream he had nurtured since he discovered his passion for enchanting.

“Currently, countries struggle to create their equipnt, mostly relying on copies,” Guan Ya explained. “Enchanting is one of the few ways to enhance equipnt, but the success rate is disappointing. Enhancing high-level equipnt is even more challenging.”

Her voice was excited as she continued, “If a level 1 enchantnt master could achieve a 100% success rate, they would be imnsely valued by the country. Their rank would soar, and their contribution to the country’s high-end battle power would be imasurable.”

Zhao Xing couldn’t help but be swept away by the possibilities. “What about an enchantnt effect that is 10 tis higher than the average and randomly produces additional effects? How much would the country value that?”

Guan Ya burst into laughter, unable to contain her amusent. “Then the country would be at your rcy, Zhao Xing. Are you suggesting that you possess such extraordinary talent?”

A mischievous smile tugged at Zhao Xing’s lips as he playfully replied, “Goosey~.”

He wanted to shout, “Yes, I am!” But Guan Ya’s infectious laughter interrupted him, leaving him chuckling along.

As the laughter subsided, Zhao Xing gazed out of the window, his eyes drawn to the bustling playground. Professionals of various classes—warriors, mages, knights, archers, swordsn, and even imperial beast masters—moved purposefully. The faint glimrs on their attire hinted at their incredible abilities.

Lost in the sight, Zhao Xing couldn’t help but wonder if he would soday join their ranks, his enchanting prowess would be acknowledged and admired by all.

Little did he know that his journey would take an unexpected turn, leading him into a world of wonders, enchantnts, and unimaginable adventures. The path to his dreams was just beginning, and the destiny that awaited him would surpass even his wildest fantasies.

That was the light that cos with the quality of the ‘equipnt,’ but most of them were white and blue, and there was rarely a purple glow.

Zhao Xing was, of course, also a professional. However, he was a [Enchanter] characterized as a secondary professional.

[Na: Zhao Xing].

[Profession: Enchanter].

[Rank: Level 1 (Apprentice)].

[Strength: 10].

[Physical Strength: 10].

[Speed: 10].

[Spirit: 20].

[Equipnt: None] [Equipnt: None].

[Skill 1: Simple Enchantnt: You can enchant an item to enhance the target’s original attributes slightly. The effect lasts for a period of ti.].

On the bright side, these were the only attribute panels that could be displayed.

But underneath, there were two more:

[Talent 1: Multiplier Increase (Level 1), you will receive a 10x increase when you perform an enchantnt! If it is a temporary enchantnt, the duration will be increased by 10 tis.].

[Talent 2: Blessing of Origin (Level 1), when you perform an enchantnt, it will be 100% successful, and there is a certain chance that a powerful special effect will appear! Including but not limited to (attribute increase, skill increase, rule increase, and concept increase)].

After experinting many tis and realizing that it wasn’t an illusion, Zhao Xing imdiately recognized the power of his talent. However, an Enchanter didn’t possess much offensive power, making leveling up challenging. But soon, Zhao Xing figured it out again—an occupation like his own was best suited for logistics for the country.

Why should he engage in life-threatening battles inside a nacing dungeon?

If he could get recomnded, he could even ask the country to help solve the problem of his enhancent difficulties. Wouldn’t that be great? Zhao Xing recalled that the country offered special treatnt for exceptional talents, possibly securing a guaranteed place at the First High School of Anyang, which was the basis of his recent conversation with Guan Ya.

Of course, judging by Guan Ya’s reaction, he knew she didn’t believe him. This wasn’t unexpected. He might not have believed it if he hadn’t been tested.

“Alright, Zhao Xing, thank you for telling a joke. The teacher is going to have sothing to do. Bye-bye.”

“Hey, Sister Ya… wait a mont.”

Zhao Xing quickly returned to his senses and called Guan Ya. With only half a year left before the Transcendent Academy selection, he needed to address this matter promptly for his future. Otherwise, the procedures for these things could take unpredictable ti.

“Zhao Xing, is there anything else you want?” Guan Ya asked, maintaining her patience.

“Sister Ya, what I just said was genuine,” Zhao Xing said earnestly.

Guan Ya looked at Zhao Xing’s serious face and said softly, “Good, then show your panel.”

Zhao Xing shook his head and said, “You can’t tell from the personal panel.”

“Then, can we discuss this topic another ti?” Guan Ya suggested.

Zhao Xing, realizing Guan Ya’s desire to end the conversation, took decisive action. He quickly stepped up and closed the door, then placed a ring in front of Guan Ya.

“What are you doing?” Guan Ya’s face showed a bit of astonishnt.

Unaware of Guan Ya’s thoughts, Zhao Xing pointed at the ring and said, “Sister Ya, look. This is a white plate equipnt that I bought from a stall. Originally, its attribute was 1 physical strength. Now, please put it on. You’ll understand after I’m done enchanting it in a mont.”
