Runes And Inscriptions[1]

As I made my way down the stairs, I had a few thoughts in my head, the majority of which were about my future, such as what to do now, when to do it, and where to do it.
This was mostly what I was thinking about until I finally descended the stairs and made my way to my room.
When I finally got to my room, I realised it was probably too small for to do alchemy comfortably.
My basent room was relatively larger than a regular room, but I still felt it was a little too small for to move around in if I did alchemy, so I decided to do it in the open area in the basent, and when I got there, I turned to look around and discovered that there was plenty of space in the basent.
I knew this before, but it beca clear when I was looking for a place to do alchemy and, when I got tired of looking, I just picked a place at random.
Apart from and Anna's summoned crow, nobody else was using the basent, so it was fine.
Later, I decided to set up a temporary workshop in the basent, which was roughly in the center of the basent.
I might improve it in the future, but for now, I wasn't doing a big experint, so it was fine to just buy a few tables and magic lambs. And because I strangely prefer the dark and quiet basent, and Anna's summoned crow also liked the darkness, I brought only a few magic lambs that were sufficient to light up the entire basent but not to the extent that it was bright but it was okay for visibility.
I also brought a chair with wheels to move around because I thought it would be more comfortable.
It wasn't expensive; I paid for it with bronze coins.
That's how inexpensive it was.
After that, I rearranged the basent to how I thought it should be.
I only stopped when everything was to my liking.
Who would have thought that my experint, which resulted in rearranging the basent, would cause any additional stress for and the crow, such as having to rearrange the basent to its liking.
I had thoughts on the summoned crow because I found it quite unique, so in order for it to stay with longer, I had to make it want to stay.
After that, I returned to the center of the basent, where the tables and chair were located.
I arranged them similarly to how I did my lab at ho.
Among the few tables I brought, I joined four in a square shape, leaving enough space between them for to move in between them while also placing the chair with wheels in the center.
Ignoring the background, the basent was taking on the appearance of my lab.
After doing all of this with a little more planning, I finally ca to a halt to get to the main point, which was alchemy.
I needed to buy materials because I had already decided to start with runes, but before I did that, I sat down on the chair in between the tables to think about what Runes really were based on the basic alchemy knowledge I had in my head.
This was a habit I developed for myself, in which I would do sothing akin to a revision before embarking on most experints.
I don't do it all the ti, but I do it most of the ti because it helps rember so basic information when I start new projects.
So, what exactly are runes, or more precisely, what is a rune?
In the modern world, Runes are the letters in a set of related alphabets known as runic alphabets.
Runes were used to write various languages before they adopted the alphabets the world knows today, and for specialised purposes thereafter. In addition to representing a sound value (a phone), runes can be used to represent the concepts after which they are nad (ideographs).
Runes can actually be traced back to the ancient tis even before real civilization started.
And runes are actually not general alphabets in fact like English and there are different systems called runic systems but this was for the modern world.
Despite so similarities, runes in the magic world are vastly different from those in the modern world, according to my basic alchemy knowledge.
Runes are ancient alphabetical letters. It can also be called a language in a sense.
There are various rune systems or languages, but one thing that is widely accepted is that runes are inscriptions.
What exactly are inscriptions?
Inscriptions are symbols that give a rune power. They are the actual runic letters.
In the magical world, inscriptions are words and letters that grant power.
Inscriptions are magically infused letters that co together to form a word, which is the rune.
Each rune has a threefold aning: A phonetic sound (as a letter of the alphabet), a mundane object or action that it stands for, and a mystical or abstract significance.
A rune is a magically infused word that is embedded in an object.
Objects such as glass, bone, antler, wood, gemstone, ceramic, tals, and common stones.
Bone runes are created by cleaning animal bones and then painting or engraving the runic symbols on them. The sa can be said for stones.
Runes is a difficult and complex concept, but this is what drew in and made it appealing to .
According to my basic alchemy knowledge, runes are so powerful that they have their own magic called runic magic, but for so reason, the basic alchemy knowledge did not touch on this topic further.
It must be because its limited knowledge.
But, thankfully, the basic alchemy knowledge already included enough knowledge about runes and inscriptions for the current .
With this in mind, I finally began my attempt to create a rune.
