anwhile, Lubbock and Leone peeked into the room from outside the door, watching the situation unfold. Before long, Sheele joined them, sticking her head in as well.
Seeing Chelsea actually lying in Blayn’s bed, Lubbock instantly felt a surge of jealousy. He clenched his teeth and bit down on his sleeve to vent his frustration. “Damn it! Why don’t I ever have this kind of luck?!”
“Haha, how youthful,” Leone chuckled.
Sheele, however, didn’t quite understand the situation. She tilted her head in confusion. “Chelsea chose to sleep in Blayn’s bed… Does that an it’s more comfortable than her own?”
“Wait, seriously? That’s what you’re thinking?”
Lubbock was dumbfounded. Looking at Sheele’s genuinely puzzled expression, he realized she wasn’t joking—she really didn’t get it. He had always known she was a bit of an airhead, but to this extent? That was unexpected.
“Sheele is just pure-hearted, unlike you, who spends all day thinking about nonsense,” Leone scolded Lubbock.
“...”
Lubbock had no coback.
But soon, his focus shifted back to Blayn and Chelsea.
At that mont, Chelsea groggily opened her eyes, rubbing them sleepily. She looked like she had just woken up. Instead of letting go of Blayn, she nuzzled her face against his back like a cat, completely ignoring the fuming Mine standing nearby.
“Get up already!” Mine snapped.
Chelsea finally turned her head toward Mine and lazily greeted, “Good morning, Mine.”
“Uh… good morning.”
Mine instinctively responded but imdiately realized sothing was off—this wasn’t the ti for pleasantries!
“Just get up already!” she huffed. “And you too, Blayn! It’s already late—why are you still in bed?”
“I’d like to get up, but Chelsea’s making it a little difficult…” Blayn said helplessly.
Hearing that, Mine imdiately tried to pull Chelsea off him. However, Chelsea clung on tightly, and since Mine wasn’t as strong as her, she couldn’t budge her no matter how hard she tried.
“Alright, that’s enough. Ti to get up,” Blayn finally said.
Hearing the seriousness in his voice, Chelsea let go—otherwise, she probably would’ve kept teasing Mine a little longer. Hugging her pillow, she got out of bed.
Mine stood with her arms crossed, still looking annoyed. The blush on her face hadn’t faded, but it wasn’t out of embarrassnt—it was because she couldn’t help but react to seeing Blayn and Chelsea, alone together in the sa bed.
Blayn also got up and prepared to wash up.
“So, Chelsea, you had a perfectly fine bed in your own room. Why did you co here instead?”
Mine questioned Chelsea, clearly bothered by the situation.
“Because I felt like it,” Chelsea replied casually with a smile, raising a finger. “Besides, didn’t I infiltrate the Empire’s Assassination Unit before? Back then, I actually slept with Blayn every day, so I’m already used to it.”
“This… You guys…”
Mine was at a loss for words.
Chelsea continued, “Oh, and by the way, Blayn even forced to do so rather embarrassing things.”
Her expression turned slightly coy, but there wasn’t a hint of resentnt—whether it was just an act or sothing genuine, only Chelsea knew.
“What?!”
Mine’s face instantly turned an even deeper shade of red. She glared at Blayn, stumbling over her words. “Y-You actually did such… such shaless things to Chelsea?!”
Outside the door, Lubbock was on the verge of tears, overwheld with jealousy. If only the girl he liked would sleep beside him and do so embarrassing things together… No! Even just lying next to each other would be enough—he could die happy!
“Oh my, oh my~ Looks like Chelsea and Blayn have quite the close relationship,” Leone mused, stroking her chin with a knowing smile.
Even though Chelsea hadn’t shown any real signs of romantic feelings toward Blayn, it was obvious she was having fun ssing with Mine. But still, if their relationship weren’t at least sowhat special, what kind of girl would boldly sneak into a guy’s bed?
“Well, as long as we all get along with Blayn, that’s the most important thing.”
Sheele, ever pure-hearted, genuinely believed it was a good thing that Chelsea and Blayn were getting along so well.
“No, Chelsea is just deliberately saying things that are easy to misunderstand,” Blayn said flatly.
“I don’t believe you.”
Mine huffed, though deep down, she felt a small sense of relief. After all, Chelsea was exactly the type to pull pranks like this.
“But that aside, whether I sleep with Blayn or not doesn’t really have anything to do with you, does it? So why do you seem so worked up about it?”
With a sly smirk, Chelsea suddenly shifted the focus onto Mine, clearly enjoying herself.
“I-I am not!”
Mine instantly grew flustered. “Who said I care?! I just can’t stand how shaless you two are! You barely even know each other!”
She turned her face away with a huff, unwilling to et Blayn’s gaze. But her agitated tone, her flushed cheeks, and the way she kept trying to explain herself all betrayed her true feelings.
Chelsea’s words, however, struck a chord with Mine.
Why was she so bothered by this? It really had nothing to do with her, yet she couldn’t shake this uncomfortable feeling…
Unable to make sense of her emotions, Mine instinctively blad Blayn.
Damn him! He was just so guy she had barely started to acknowledge, and now he was acting all cocky. This was all his fault!
“Hmph~”
Chelsea let out a satisfied hum. She had completely seen through Mine. The more Mine tried to deny it, the more obvious it beca.
Chelsea was almost certain now—Mine had started developing feelings for Blayn, though it seed even Mine herself hadn’t realized it yet.
Definitely a potential threat.
But fortunately, Mine was a stubborn tsundere. Chelsea didn’t have much to worry about.
It was clear—she had already won!
