Tsk! That freakin’ hotty!

Anyway, she confird it—I could use magic and cast spells. Aweso!

Khukuku! Now I feel like a proper light novel protagonist!

What’s left is to beco acquainted with a true dragon in so cave, then swallow him whole!

Back to the subject matter;

Naturally, I had a few spells in mind. The seeing-through-clothes spell, the make-them-fall-in-love-with- spell, and, of course, the penis enlargent spell.

But Sera, grinning that mischievous grin, swore that, "I will never, ever, ever teach you those... Ever."

I was joking, but why did she have to take it so seriously?!

Still, I requested a spell to cast just to get the feel of it.

Sera sent a flight spell through ntal communication.

She’d transcribed it from its strange symbols to sothing I could understand. There were still odd shapes and markings, but sohow I could make sense of them—truly strange.

Ugh, but the reading was long. Maybe two paragraphs.

I looked at the characters, trying to make sense of it. After a mont of thought, and succumbing to laziness, I broke it down in my mind to just [Grant Flight].

Suddenly, I felt a rush of energy pull from deep inside .

It was like being injected with sothing—except it was reversed (weird visual, I know), and the sensation spread throughout my body, with a stronger focus on my head, chest, and stomach.

Sera had warned not to be afraid of mana depletion. While it would hurt like hell if it ever happened, she assured it would take sothing monuntal to cause it.

That was because; "Master’s mana is so dense, it could be mistaken for Ether, if not given a careful look."

"That is... good? I guess?"

Anyway, the mont I said the spell out loud, I felt myself get lighter—and then I lifted off the ground.

Woah! It’s really happening?!

"Woohoo! I’m a flying man!"

Well... flying baby, technically!

Sera clapped and cheered from below, her face beaming.

Fufufu! Foolish plebeian!

Now I get to look down on her for once.

Controlling it was tricky at first—I wobbled around like a loose bubble in the wind. But after a few minutes of experinting and learning, and thrashing my head on the walls of my room, added with how I interacted with the air, it started to click.

It felt like swimming—even if I can’t actually swim, it probably felt like that—but in the air. I zipped across the room like so kind of overpowered fairy.

Honestly? It was kind of...amazing...

I wish I could stay like this... forever...

...Alright, that’s enough of that.

I floated back down, hovering just above the ground.

Sera told to try "retracting" my mana from the spell.

Easier said than done.

Still, once I imagined cutting off my connection to the air—like snipping an invisible thread—the spell shut off, and I landed gently.

I’m beginning to think magic is all about imagination.

Anyway—Magic spell: complete!

"Yay, Master!" Sera praised. "You did it on your first try!"

"Hehehe! Just who do you think you’re talking to?" I replied smugly. "Back in my world, I was basically the closest thing to a genius."

"So... not actually a genius?"

"Back off! Getting close should count for sothing~! Ah!"

Then it hit —if my mana’s really that dense, shouldn’t Mom have noticed by now...?

...Nah. It’s Mom we’re talking about. She’s denser than Sera’s ether.

Anyway, now that I’d ssed with so magic, it was ti to move on to skills.

I figured they might be mana-draining too, and Sera confird it:

"Mana is akin to a building block of all living things. If soone’s mana is completely drained... they die."

"Cool."

So whether I like it or not, I’m using mana for pretty much everything.

Alright then—ti to test out GOD.

All I had to do was ntally activate the skill, and so kind of red, viscous energy began wrapping around my arms. It glowed and pulsed faintly, almost like living liquid.

It was flexible, too. I could shape it however I wanted—a dagger, a hamr, even a gun.

Scary... but also kind of aweso. And none of it weighed anything to .

Seraphina pulled a steel bar from... sowhere. I didn’t ask. She’s Sera—nothing she does surprises anymore.

I ford a GOD dagger and gave the bar a gentle slice.

It went as smoothly as cutting butter: this was... Yeah, this was very dangerous for a human to have. And a human to be attacked with.

And I wasn’t even trying that hard.

I wanted to test more, but we were indoors, and Mom already had enough reasons to doubt my babyhood.

Alright, moving on—next skill: [Jericho].

I activated it the sa way I had with GOD.

Imdiately, a glistening cold-blue energy flowed out of . Unlike GOD’s violent glow, Jericho had a calm, eerie sheen to it. It wrapped around my body like so... squishy, blue sli suit.

But here’s the weird part: when I flexed it—like tensing a muscle—it hardened. Not just a little. It turned solid. Sturdy enough to block attacks, maybe even bullets.

Not that I planned on testing that any ti soon. If it failed to block them, I’ll die. For real.

Nevertheless, I realized Jericho was more defensive. But that didn’t an it was boring.

Like GOD, I could shape it however I wanted—blades, shields, even weird claws if I wanted to cosplay a monster.

It didn’t have that sa destructive weight GOD carried, though.

More interestingly, I could add effects to it. Like camouflage. Or intimidation.

If I wanted to, I could make people see a horrific monster wearing my body like a skin suit.

That... was both cool and disturbing.

Yeah, Jericho was for concealnt, defense, and psychological warfare. GOD was for blowing stuff up.

Together? I’d be unstoppable.

Now then... should I do a little experint?

I turned to Sera, who had been quietly observing like a proud, dangerously amused sensei.

"Sera... let’s go for the first task. What do you think?"
