"Sister, what have I done that is so excessive?"
Shi Yaoguang’s expression carried a hint of confusion and bewildernt, "Didn’t you say that I am your most important sister?"
Shi Yiqing hated her to death inside, yet she still had to pretend to show sisterly affection on the surface.
"Sister, do you not understand my feelings for you?" Shi Yiqing bit her lower lip, looking very aggrieved.
Shi Yaoguang frowned and reproached herself, "I’m sorry, sister, I shouldn’t have doubted you. I just felt... there’s sothing off about what you said."
Shi Yiqing felt a sudden jolt at the bottom of her heart and looked at her warily, fearing she would, once again, say sothing outrageous about a trial marriage.
Fortunately, Shi Yaoguang didn’t make any shocking statents this ti.

Shi Yaoguang noted the reactions of both parties and sighed before continuing, "As to who destroyed the test papers, I currently have no leads. However, I believe that evidence will surface soon."

Shi Yiqing, who read into this more deeply, supplented it with her own imagination, and suddenly felt terrified.

So, hearing Shi Yaoguang say this, she didn’t show a guilty expression.

To her, Shi Yaoguang was still the sa poor student. Her request to see the test papers was just a last-ditch struggle.
She naturally couldn’t comprehend Shi Yiqing’s arrangents.

Right now, she feared the exposure of her secret, that destroying the test papers, although it couldn’t completely cover up the fact she’d stolen her scores, would at least partially shield her.
It was better than nothing.
Shi Yiqing comforted herself internally; the task she had entrusted An Siqi with was very secretive. Shi Yaoguang wouldn’t be able to prove anything.
Even if Shi Yaoguang had to retake the exam, it wasn’t certain she would score well.
Speaking of which, Shi Yiqing even suspected that the reason Shi Yaoguang’s pre-exam scores were so good was that Quan Jinbei had helped her.
