Xiao Hu was really angry. As a ga strear, he was used to dealing with passive-aggressive people, but for soone as baffling as Jingjing, she was a first.
"Exactly, we all ca down together. Plus, there were staff mbers accompanying them. If there was any danger, the staff would have alerted them. How could that be Sister Yun’s fault?"

Qin Yun waved her hands repeatedly, "No, don’t call Sister Yun, I’m scared."
Jingjing’s expression beca increasingly pitiful. She trembled slightly and tried to curl herself into a ball, showing extre fear everywhere except her injured leg.
Qin Yun laughed, cheerfully, "What’s wrong, Jingjing? Why are you so scared? Did I make a mistake?"
"Sister Yun."
Wang Li tugged at her, "I think Jingjing might be muddled by the pain."
Qin Yun’s smile did not fade, instead, it beca brighter, "Is that right, Jingjing?"
Qin Yun moved a bit closer to Jingjing. Being taller, she stood while Jingjing sat, giving her a slightly examining gaze.
Jingjing grew more frightened, not daring to raise her head, "Sister Yun, I really didn’t an it, please forgive ."
"Why are you behaving so scared? Did I do sothing to you? Didn’t I just say sothing as we were coming down the mountain? The staff ntioned there were more matsutake mushrooms in that direction and then led you over there. Did I do anything else? No, right? Does that one sentence make you think I hard you? Qin Yun’s face carried a smile, but her words were sharp and precise, not a single word superfluous.
Jingjing stiffened up entirely because of that.
Others watched Qin Yun step up and confront Jingjing directly, feeling surprised.
Wang Li had been trying to pull Qin Yun back, but couldn’t succeed.
Qin Yun stood there, amidst everyone’s gaze, bent down slightly, "Jingjing, I’ve always thought you were a good girl, not only gentle but also beautiful, with good family conditions. Everyone says you’re a wealthy second-generation, the daughter of the Zhao Family. I’ve always envied you."
"But if you say I’m targeting you, please tell , what is it about you that’s worth targeting?"

Qin Yun studied Jingjing’s face for a few monts.
Jingjing’s face visibly stiffened, dark, and unsightly.
Qin Yun spoke again, "Or is your family wealthier than mine?"
Jingjing’s face turned even uglier, dark enough to drip with water, yet she couldn’t counter.
"Or is your career more successful and better than mine?"
Qin Yun’s smile was always subtle, not sharp, not making anyone feel very uncomfortable, and her inquiries were just stating facts, not emotionally charged.
The follow-up filming continued, and Su Yu hadn’t halted the broadcast.
Typically, with unforeseen circumstances, the broadcast should be stopped imdiately.
But Su Yu gave no signal to anyone, so all work continued as usual.
Especially the filming following Qin Yun, capturing everything clearly.
Qin Yun looking down on Jingjing, the scene stunned everyone in the live broadcast room.
Yet, Qin Yun hadn’t stopped.
Jingjing was already trembling with anger, her newly bandaged wound seeping blood again, staining the gauze.
Nevertheless, she gritted her teeth, unable to say anything in rebuttal.
Indeed, she couldn’t contradict. She held no advantage over Qin Yun, especially with Pei Yan’s special treatnt toward Qin Yun, it irritated her further, leading her to target Qin Yun unintentionally.
Still, she hadn’t expected Qin Yun to be so bold, daring to question her in front of the cara.
Su Yu didn’t intervene, none of the other guests intervened, even her usually supportive partner, Zhao Lan, didn’t speak up for her. Everyone felt Qin Yun was justified, so even instinctively nodded, siding with Qin Yun.
