Susan felt that Renea’s smile had a sinister undertone.
It was as if she could see through her. However, she quickly dissipated her doubts. Now that her biological daughter is finally ho, Susan just wants to focus on her.
Renea returned to her room. As she looked around the room, her lips curled up into a smirk.
This was the only room in the house where no luxurious items could be seen.
Even the clothes inside her wardrobe were not more than two hundred dollars.
And the reason behind all this was because, Susan self-righteously stated, “To instill frugality in out children and prevent them from developing extravagant habits, we shall lead a frugal lifestyle.”
However, to be honest, only Renea had been living a frugal life.
On the other hand, Dylan was always dressed in designer clothes.
With such a ridiculous reason, the Morris family gained a favorable impression and was praised for their good parenting skills.
When Renea opened the wardrobe and looked at the collection of cheap clothing, her smile grew wilder. She took out her phone and placed an order from an online luxury brand store.
The custor service representatives on duty looked at the order page and thought they were seeing things.
After all, they could not imagine soone ordering more than ten sets of luxury clothing.
Was it a prank? They thought.
However, their surprise subsided when they saw that it was to be delivered to the Morris family in the West River District of Z city.
Given the wealth of the Morris family, these few sets of clothing weren’t a big deal for them.
However, wasn’t the Morris family always known for their frugal lifestyle?
Why would they purchase so many luxury goods at once?
Renea placed dozens of orders from every luxurious online retail store she could find online.
Then, she dialed a contact number that she had deeply morized.
“Hello, who is it?” The man answered the phone impatiently.
Renea said slowly, “I have so breaking news for you.”
“What is it?”
“It’s about the Morris family,” Renea emphasized each word.
The man imdiately beca interested, “Tell
about it.”
“I will send you the information and relevant evidence via text ssage. Just spread it according to my instructions. After that, I will give you the benefits you desire.”
“Deal!” The man agreed.
After Renea hung up the phone, a sneer appeared across her face.

The next day.
The loud sound of slamming the door woke Renea up from her dreams.
As soon as Renea opened the door, Susan raised her hand and intended to slap her. Susan scolded, “Bitch, look at what you have done!”
However, before the slap could land on Renea’s face, she grabbed Susan by the wrist and shook it off forcefully.
Susan didn’t expect Renea would resist, so she was caught off guard and stumbled a few steps back.
“Mom!” Kailey quickly supported Susan.
The infuriated Susan berated even louder, “Renea, how dare you attack !”
Renea spoke softly, “I was just protecting myself.”
The reply rendered Susan speechless and made her more furious, however, she could only question angrily, “Were you the culprit for the news on the internet? Did you buy the pile of clothes downstairs?”
“What are you doing? Are you trying to ruin the Morris family’s reputation?”
Early in the morning Leon called Susan and cursed.
Susan didn’t even know what had happened. She only found out about the criticism of the Morris family when she turned on her phone.
The reason for the criticism was that the Morris family, who had always claid to be frugal, had purchased many luxury goods on the internet.
“I heard they were all bought for their biological daughter.”
“It’s apparent that they favor their biological daughter over the adopted one.”
“How hypocritical! No wonders so many entertainers of the blue records have terminated their contracts. So, there is a reason.”
The whole internet was filled with these types of comnts.
Renea chuckled and said, “Don’t you know that excess will lead to backlash?”
“An ungrateful person will forever remain ungrateful, regardless of how they are raised!” Susan scolded Reena. Her voice was dripping with anger.
Hearing Susan’s words Renea’s expression darkened. Then, she approached Susan with a hint of grimness in her eyes.
“When have you ever raised ?” Renea asked with a cold smile.
