Following Lawyer Tan’s instructions, Wen Yanqing signed quickly, without hesitation.
“Store it in the law firm. I’ll take care of the related costs,” he instructed.
Keeping it at the law firm would prevent Gantang from seeing it and spare her any wild thoughts that he was being pessimistic or negative again.
He was not despondent, but he needed to face his situation. If his illness unfortunately worsened, this was the only thing he could give Lin Gantang; if he was lucky to recover, then of course, everyone would rejoice.
After Lawyer Tan acknowledged, he picked up the docunt and put it back into the briefcase.
The eting lasted nearly two hours, and Lin Gantang ca out of the rest room; the eting was still not over.
