Her dad was actually here!

She imdiately covered her head and saw her dad walking back to the kitchen to take a look. “Did you eat at ho?” he asked. “Cooked yourself?”
“Aunt Zhong will co over to prepare it in advance when we’re busy. Tangtang and I can eat it directly when we co back in the evening. We usually make it ourselves on weekends,” Wen Yanqing replied.
Seeing him answer seriously and even looking a little nervous, Lin Gantang covered her mouth and burst out laughing.
Was he afraid that her dad would be dissatisfied?

“Can’t I co?” Mr. Lin glared at her, then smiled at Wen Yanqing gently. “Uncle brought sothing over for the two of you. The day before yesterday, I asked you to co ho for dinner and you were busy. I specially made it today. Co, try it?”
He pointed at the things on the coffee table.
Lin Gantang was stunned. “But we’ve already had dinner.”
