Just after Xia Chuyi left, a staff mber led a young man and woman to Professor Bao’s place.
"Mr. Jackson, Miss Annie, this is Professor Bao’s residence," the staff mber said, pointing to the house where Professor Bao lived.
Annie looked at the residence from left to right for a good while before nodding her head.
It was a barely sufficient sign of approval for Professor Bao’s living situation.
Jackson, who was standing beside her, was concerned with a different issue from his sister’s. He asked the staff mber, "Why aren’t my Third Uncle and the others living in the Bao Mansion?"
