He gave such an expensive gift, partly because he and Jiang Mianmian were business partners.
Secondly, he was the first and the most successful at making money among the brothers, so a BB pager costing a few thousand wasn’t that expensive for him.
“Okay, thank you, Brother Tang Lin. I’ll make good use of these two BB pagers.” Jiang Mianmian nodded joyfully, carefully storing all the gifts she had received today in her backpack.
She planned to use the one Brother Yu gave her and give the other one to her dad. This way, when her dad went to Haicheng for business, she and her mom would still be able to contact him.
