Su Wanyu took out a set each of the new shirts and undershirts, outerwear, and cotton pants she had bought for Jiang Changhai a few days ago and laid them out on Fang Zhiyuan’s bed in the guest room.

After tidying up the guest room, Su Wanyu ca out and said, "I noticed you didn’t bring much luggage this ti. I’ve prepared a set of the clothes we just bought for your Brother Jiang. You two are about the sa height. You’re a bit thinner than him, but his clothes will fit you just fine. They’re all new, and I’ve washed them already, so wear them with peace of mind."

"Thank you, sister-in-law," Fang Zhiyuan said, not expecting her to be so thoughtful, and he quickly expressed his gratitude.

"Don’t ntion it. What do you like to eat? I’m going to cook dinner in a while," Su Wanyu asked, smiling.

"I’m fine with anything; I’m not picky."

"Alright, then I’ll just make whatever cos to mind."

"Zhiyuan, how’s your leg recently? Does it still hurt?" Jiang Changhai asked with concern, knowing that Fang Zhiyuan’s leg always hurt severely in the winter.

He had seen him suffer from it once before; during the dead of winter, Fang Zhiyuan was sweating coldly from the pain but kept his jaws clenched, not making a single peep.

It made Jiang Changhai’s heart ache just watching him.

Fang Zhiyuan was unperturbed: "Much better. After the treatnt in the Capital City last ti, the symptoms have significantly decreased. There’s still occasional pain, but it doesn’t really hinder anymore."

"That’s good to hear. I’ve heard that the climate in Xiangcheng is particularly warm, without any real winter. You should take the ti to recuperate well there. These years on the farm have taken their toll on your body. While you are still young, you must take care of yourself, so you don’t suffer when you’re old," Jiang Changhai advised.

Fang Zhiyuan nodded with a smile: "Yeah, I understand, Brother Jiang. Once I get settled in Xiangcheng, I’ll give you a call. When you guys have ti, you can also co visit."

As Jiang Changhai and Fang Zhiyuan, the two n, sat in the living room discussing serious matters, Su Wanyu was in the kitchen preparing dinner, with Jiang Mianmian and Yu Cheng lending a hand.

Each family mber playing their part, they quickly prepared a full table of dishes.

Jiang Changhai even took out his treasured fine wine to share a few drinks with Fang Zhiyuan.

Fang Zhiyuan might appear frail, but he had a good tolerance for alcohol. Jiang Changhai got drunk while Fang Zhiyuan, aside from a bit of redness in his face, seed just fine.

Seeing Jiang Changhai’s eyes start to blur, Su Wanyu softly said, "Brother Hai, let help you to the room to rest for a while."

"Sure, Zhiyuan, you really can hold your liquor. You drank so much yet seem fine." Despite being drunk, Jiang Changhai did not forget to complint others.

Fang Zhiyuan felt sowhat embarrassed, having gotten his host drunk on his first day there.

After quite an effort to get Jiang Changhai back to his room, Su Wanyu turned to the others and said, "Zhiyuan, Yu Cheng, you two should also go back to your rooms and rest a bit. You must be tired after coming from the farm."

"Alright, sister-in-law, we’ll go and rest for a while then," Fang Zhiyuan said, nodding his head before he too returned to his room.

Seeing his uncle had gone back to his room, Yu Cheng also excused himself.

The next morning after breakfast, Jiang Changhai and Su Wanyu went back to work.

Only Fang Zhiyuan and the others were left at ho. If it had been before, as soon as her parents left, Jiang Mianmian would have gone into the system space to study solar technology.

But now, with guests in the house, as the host, she couldn’t just tend to her own matters.

She brought out snacks and fruits and placed them on the coffee table, looking at Fang Zhiyuan with an obedient face and said, "Uncle Fang, please make yourself at ho and don’t be polite."
