“Cloth tickets are so scarce right now, don’t tell you found it on the road!”

Sun Lixia, with envy in her tone, said mockingly, “It better not be from cheating soone, because that would be committing a cri. You could get locked up for that! Sacrificing yourself for a girl, imagine how heartbroken our mother would be!”

Zhang Guihua was already unhappy hearing the initial accusations; although her son was lazy, he was certainly not likely to swindle or deceive!

Though anxious and worried, Zhang Guihua didn’t lose her senses and just snorted coldly, “I won’t give you any money if you just have the cloth ticket. Explain it clearly and fast!”

“I didn’t slouch off this afternoon; I went up the mountain during my break, caught so ga and exchanged it for this cloth ticket. No cheating or deceiving involved!”
