"Then you should take more rest. If anything happens to you, both Qiaoqiao and Tiantian will be worried."
Sang Siyang saw that the conversation was not moving toward any specific reason, so he didn’t press further.
"Weren’t you just saying you wanted to take Tiantian out for so fun? Take her with you, and you can just send her back to the Si Mansion later. I need to head back to the office to take care of so things."
Si Chenli didn’t continue on this subject, as he had more important matters to attend to now.
"Don’t you need to rest?" Sang Siyang frowned, concerned that Si Chen was already thinking of returning to work just upon arriving at the hospital.
"I can rest at the company as well; there’s not much work left on my hands anyway."
"Daddy, I don’t want to go with uncle; I want to rest with you." Si Tiantian clung to her father’s hand, unwilling to leave. She would never want to annoy her father again.
"Be good and go have fun. I’ll bring you back a gift tonight." Si Chenli’s tone was stern.
"But..." Si Tiantian still didn’t want to leave just like that. Her dad had just woken up; how could she feel at ease going out to play with her uncle? She could live without snacks and toys; she only wanted to stay by her dad’s side.
"I need so private ti, really, there’s nothing wrong, you can send a ssage."
"Okay, then uncle and I will drop you off at the office and co back to go ho with you after work."
Only then did Si Tiantian relent. She always felt that her dad was a bit different, but she couldn’t quite pinpoint how.
"Okay."

After Sang Siyang’s car dropped Si Chenli back at the Si Family’s building, he planned to leave.
Si Tiantian’s gaze lingered on her dad, reluctant to look away. She actually didn’t want to go out and play that much today, but since her dad kept encouraging her, she could only go.
"It’s okay, your dad probably has so personal matters to handle. How about we buy him a gift while we’re out playing?"
Sang Siyang, seeing the little one feeling down, couldn’t help but speak up to coax her.
"Okay, we’ll then bring gifts back for mommy and daddy." Si Tiantian’s spirits lifted a bit at the thought.
"Yeah."
From behind, Si Chen watched their car drive away before he slowly turned and entered the office building.
He took out his phone and called his assistant, "Co up for a minute."
After conveying what he needed to say, he hung up the phone. The assistant’s office was just next door, not far away, so he arrived quickly.
Observing Mr. Si’s cold deanor, the assistant cautiously asked, "Mr. Si, did you need for sothing?"
"Contact the best doctor for . I want my face restored." Si Chen’s lips barely moved as he spoke.
Hearing this, the assistant was startled; it had been several days since Mr. Si had ntioned this matter; how could he suddenly bring it up? Could it be that he had regained his mory?
"Yes, I’ll make an appointnt for you right away. May I know during what ti slot it will be needed?"
"Tomorrow."
"Understood." The assistant quickly left to carry out the task.
Si Chen’s gaze fell on the contract that was yet to be processed, his movents swift and decisive.
He continued working until the end of the business day before he stood up and descended the building, instructing his assistant to drive him straight to Rose Entertainnt to pick up Qiaoqiao and head ho together.
When he arrived, it just so happened that Sang Qiao was also coming downstairs from the building.
"Qiaoqiao, get in the car," Si Chenli rolled down the car window, his dark eyes fixed intently on Sang Qiao.
"Okay, how co you’re picking up today? Where’s Tiantian?" Sang Qiao imdiately opened the door and got in, looking around without spotting her daughter.
"Sang Siyang took her. He’ll bring her back before dinner," Si Chenli briefly explained.
Thinking of how he wasn’t around when Qiaoqiao was pregnant with the child, his heart ached.
"Okay." Sang Qiao nodded without further questioning. She trusted Sang Siyang implicitly and took their being together as a given. She never expected Tiantian to hold the sa grudge against her Sang Family brother as she did.
Since they were good to Tiantian, she had planned to approach Si Chenli when Tiantian got a bit older because she greedily thought that the more people love Tiantian, the better.
Now that Ah Li (Chenli) ca back, Sang Siyang and Tiantian’s relationship was even better, and she had no reason to stop them from eting and spending ti together.
The car continued to the Si Mansion before coming to a stop.
As they walked in, they were t with Si Jing’s pained howling, "It’s so painful, the stool is too hard, I really can’t sit on it."
"Always making a fuss, anyone who doesn’t know better would think the surgery had sothing to do with your butt," retorted Mrs. Si, though she still went to get a blanket to cushion the stool for her son.
"It’s just because it’s close by," Si Jing finally felt a bit more relief. He had been miserable these past few days, but the doctor said the surgery was a success, which made him slightly excited.
The thought that his years-long problem of impotence might actually be cured left him quite astonished.
He hadn’t had ti to think more about it when he saw his brother and sister-in-law approaching him.
"Brother, sister-in-law, you’re back."
"How’s your injury?" Sang Qiao asked with concern, considering that she could hear his howls of pain as she had just walked up to the doorstep.
The injury must be quite severe; otherwise, he wouldn’t have been wailing so miserably.
"I’m fine, it’ll be better in a couple of days."
"That’s good, take care of yourself and be careful," Si Chen advised, unable to help himself as he saw his brother’s lips were still a shade paler than usual.
They naturally rejoiced that the issue that had troubled their family for so long was resolved.
"Mhm, will do. Big brother, the way you’re talking to feels so familiar, it’s as if you rember everything from before," Si Jing scratched his head and laughed.
"What are you on about? Isn’t your big brother always your big brother? Even if he temporarily can’t rember past events, living together day by day ans he’s slowly recalling them," Mrs. Si chipped in, unable to hold back her laughter. They hadn’t had such happiness in a long ti after the accident that befell Ah Li.
Now that everything was resolved, the heavy stone in her heart finally could settle in peace.
"Mom’s right," Si Jing replied with an awkward smile.
Si Chenli’s lips curved slightly as he turned to let his gaze fall on Qiaoqiao’s face.
Sang Qiao also looked up at him, their eyes eting, with both feeling a genuine joy from within.
While the ambiance in the living room was tranquil, a crisp voice suddenly ca from outside.
"I’m back!"
"Tiantian’s back."
"I even brought gifts for you all," Si Tiantian eagerly started rummaging through the bag Sang Siyang was carrying, initially wanting to buy sothing just for mom and dad, but then she thought of how kind grandma and grandpa had been, so she brought sothing for them as well.
"You even rembered to bring gifts, Tiantian really has grown up," Mrs. Si said tenderly, her eyes full of doting affection, then she looked up and gave Sang Siyang a polite smile of gratitude.
With a smile on his face, Sang Siyang watched their family’s happiness, feeling genuinely happy for Qiaoqiao.
