A new day, the sun is shining brightly.

But Florence Fuller isn’t feeling bright.

After a long night and arriving on ti at the office to finish the remaining work, by noon, the manager had already urged her several tis to send the organized materials to the office.

She sighed and looked at the manager with a smile: "Don’t you know how much stuff there is? There’s still an hour until twelve, what’s the rush."

The manager’s face changed, walked away.

Sister Keaton ca over and reached out to take so of her remaining items: "Let help you with this, or else you might be too busy to eat later."

"No, no, no." Florence stopped her, afraid of implicating her: "In such a big place, you don’t know who’s under Director Johnson, better let handle it myself."

Sister Keaton understood her concerns, yet felt helpless: "Helping out a bit shouldn’t be that big a deal."

Florence raised an eyebrow: "Did losing your position as head of the departnt have much to do with yourself?"

Sister Keaton shook her head.

"Exactly." Florence looked at her: "You still need to be more cautious, simply lowering your presence and being a good person isn’t useful in the workplace."

Sister Keaton saw her sincere deanor and inexplicably felt a bit convinced, she thought for a mont: "Actually, you don’t really have to do this pile of stuff, right?"

"That’s right."

"Then why are you doing it?"

Florence stared at her computer, curled her lips into a smile: "Well, just wait and see."

At exactly one o’clock, Florence completed the work and headed to the director’s office.

She carried a stack of organized docunts inside: "Director, it’s all done."

Sophia Johnson leaned back in the chair, lazily looking at her phone: "Don’t you know what ti I told you to finish it by?"

"There was a lot to do... I..."

"A lot? Instead of considering whether you’re capable, you bla the workload." Sophia Johnson impatiently glanced at her and called soone in.

"Director." It was the manager.

"Put the stack in her hands into the shredder." Sophia Johnson ordered.

The manager looked at the stack in Florence’s hands, then at the director, hesitated but still stepped forward to take it.

Florence didn’t stop him; she looked at Sophia Johnson: "I worked a full day and night, and you toss it into the shredder without even looking at it."

"Those things were useless to produce, plus the company already had backups." Sophia Johnson looked at her, full of disdain: "How about it, I just purely find you annoying and want to teach you a lesson, do you have a problem with that?"

Florence stared at her expressionlessly: "Director, whose backing do you rely on to be so overbearing?"

"What does that have to do with you?" Sophia Johnson tapped the desk with a pen: "Get out, I need to work."

"But I can’t swallow this." Florence remained unmoved, her gaze fixed on Sophia Johnson: "So, what do you suggest?"

Sophia Johnson chuckled playfully: "Oh! Are you planning to report Christopher Fuller, huh? Go ahead and try reporting him, even if he cos, he can’t do anything to ." She lifted her head proudly, a sense of dominance in her eyes.

"Can’t do anything?" Florence nodded: "You might not know, I ca to this company not at all to work hard."

Sophia Johnson was puzzled, Florence glanced around the office, not big.

"You say ignoring and nothing happens, why are you deliberately provoking and creating an opportunity?" Florence walked to the window ledge, casually picked up a decoration, weighed it, then suddenly hurled it at the glass. The glass shattered, alarming the people outside.

"What are you doing!" Sophia Johnson glared at her angrily.

"Few people dare to show off in front of ." Florence clapped her hands, gave her a aningful look, and left the director’s office.

She returned to her workstation, knowing predictably that Sophia Johnson would certainly co looking for her.

She ssaged Christopher Fuller: "Is the chairman at the company?"

"Yes."

"Can you get him down here?"

Christopher Fuller sat up sharply on that end: "What are you up to?"

Florence: "Doing sothing big."

Christopher Fuller: "Wait."

Seeing her co down looking all relaxed, Sophia Seymour and others thought Florence had finished the task, ca over to ask if the director had troubled her.

"She finds annoying, wants to teach a lesson." Florence glanced at the ti: "Ti to stir so things up."

Sure enough, in just a few minutes, the operations departnt arrived in force with seven or eight people.

Including security.

They went straight to Florence’s desk: "Hello, due to your violation of the company’s harm to others policy, damaging company property, and egregious behavior, having just received Director Johnson’s email, you are fired, please pack up and leave the company within five minutes."

Their montum, it seed like the police had co to arrest Florence.

Florence stood up and leaned against her desk: "Harm? I haven’t even touched Director Johnson."

The leading woman coldly looked at her: "Pack your things quickly, Director Johnson has already called the police, we will hand you over to them."

The people in the operations departnt were shocked.

What did she commit?

"Can I be fired based on her word alone?" Florence showed no fear of their show of force: "I admit to damaging company property, but harming others, I did nothing..."

"Don’t assu you can be arrogant just because you have Christopher Fuller backing you, firing you is a piece of cake." Sophia Johnson’s voice ca, she tossed the dismissal papers in front of Florence: "I advise you to pack up and leave the company obediently, don’t wait for the police to co and make it embarrassing for everyone."

"You called the police? On what grounds?" Florence asked.

Sophia Johnson glared at her: "Did you forget you just smashed things up in the office?"

"Did I hurt you?" Florence questioned.

"You scared ." Sophia Johnson just wanted to trouble her, planning to have her taken by the police, then have Jas Fuller make a call to the police station, by then even Christopher Fuller would struggle to pull her out, detaining her for two or three days would be no problem.

Florence’s lips twitched slightly, this remark made her speechless: "Scared you, do you even take yourself seriously, so weak and delicate."

She’d gone so far as to mobilize manpower and security staff to dismiss her.

"You’re not moving, are you." Sophia Johnson said sternly: "Security!"

"Alright." Florence stepped aside: "Go ahead."

Then her water cup, bag, so decorations, and costics were ssily tossed into boxes by these people.

Many colleagues looked at Florence with concern, only to find her exceptionally calm.

"The operations departnt is lively, huh!"

Christopher Fuller’s voice ca, everyone looked over and saw not only Christopher Fuller, but also Jas Fuller, and even so secretaries and assistants with the chairman ca along.

The group packing things froze.
