"Do you know Ethan?" Abigail asked her.

Florence shook her head.

"This is my son, Ethan Harper." Abigail waved her hand, and Ethan stood up and ca over.

Noticing the figure approaching, Florence inexplicably felt a bit shy and didn’t dare to look.

"He’s very smart. If you don’t understand anything academically in the future, you can co to him. Join him and Eleanor, let him teach you." Abigail said.

Florence nodded, thinking it wasn’t necessary.

She wasn’t particularly good at studying and felt it would be a waste of ti to co.

But the handso guy was really handso.

Abigail said, "Dinner is almost ready. Stay and have a al with Aunt Monrose before you go."

Florence thought, that could work.

She didn’t want to go back to the Fuller family.

She said, "Ok."

Abigail smiled with satisfaction, and Sister Dawson ca out: "Ma’am is back, and the kitchen has just finished cooking."

"Add a pair of chopsticks, Florence will eat here too."

The Monrose family’s dining table was round, unlike the Fuller family’s long table that made her uncomfortable even eating.

Abigail pulled her to sit beside her: "Usually, it’s just and Ethan eating, but sotis Sister Dawson and the others join us. Our chef’s cooking is quite good. If you like it, co often."

Florence smiled genuinely: "Ok."

Ethan quietly listened, not saying much. Most of the conversation was between Abigail and Florence, occasionally answering when Abigail asked him sothing.

Like a quiet and gentle gentleman.

Florence seed to be concentrating on eating, but in reality, she was sneakily glancing at Ethan across the table at tis.

Whenever their eyes t, she would quickly look away.

After dinner, Abigail saw her to the door.

The sky was already dark, but the roads in the villa area were brightly lit. Upon learning Florence had walked over, Abigail was slightly surprised: "Didn’t the Fuller family provide a car for you?"

"I think it’s not far, so walking is fine." Florence explained: "Aunt Monrose, you don’t need to see off. I can walk back quickly."

"Then send Aunt Monrose a ssage when you get there, co visit when you have ti."

Florence nodded: "I’m leaving."

On the wide avenue, her slender figure made Abigail feel a bit sad.

Returning to the Fuller family, Laura and Clara were cozily watching a movie together, embodying the mother-daughter bond. Seeing Florence return, Clara imdiately sat up properly: "Florence, dad said you’re back; go to the study to find him."

Florence noticed the gloating expression in Clara’s eyes.

Laura glanced at her without speaking.

Florence went directly upstairs.

"Doesn’t even say hello." Clara murmured.

Laura patted Clara’s hand: "Don’t worry about her."

"Florence’s grades aren’t good. What if dad gets mad later!" Clara worriedly said.

"That’s her own issue." Laura said: "Don’t worry about her; she won’t appreciate it."

Clara lowered her eyes, seemingly a bit lancholic: "Mom, I actually want to be sisters with Florence, but she doesn’t want to pay attention to . Even in school, when I tried to help her, she ignored and told to get lost."

Laura frowned: "I don’t know how the Shaw family raised her. Anyway, Clara, don’t bother with her, just take care of yourself."

Clara nodded with tears in her eyes.

Florence went to the study.

She knocked and entered, and Michael, seeing her, snorted unhappily.

"You wanted to see ," she said.

"Your grades!" Michael frowned: "So poor."

Florence said nothing.

"You might as well not have gone to school before. What are you doing!"

Florence: "Learning other things."

"Learning what!"

"Violin, taekwondo."

Michael snorted coldly: "Is that what you’re supposed to learn!"

"Then what should I learn?"

"You’re a young lady of the Fuller family. Can you show this report card to others?"

"I can learn other things; my violin playing is very good, and I’ve even won awards," Florence said.

"No!" Michael said coldly: "Look at Clara, then look at yourself. The school’s head teacher says you don’t listen at all and you have conflicts with Clara. Are you doing it on purpose?"

"If you believe everything the teacher says, aren’t you only acknowledging Clara as your daughter? I have conflicts with her, but if she doesn’t cause trouble, would I have conflicts with her?"

Florence’s calm attitude irritated Michael a bit: "This is your attitude."

"What else? Coming back to this family, I’m dispensable. If you think I’m your biological daughter that you have to care about, you could send abroad to a place you wouldn’t see , and I certainly wouldn’t appear before you," Florence said.

"What nonsense are you talking about!" Michael frowned.

He placed importance on blood relations; Clara was brought back by Laura Yates, and the Fuller family wasn’t short of money and didn’t mind having an extra mouth to feed.

Moreover, Clara was good at talking and won people’s hearts. Michael was sowhat indulgent with her.

But ultimately, she wasn’t his biological child.

Now that his biological daughter had returned, she, Michael’s daughter, must be the best.

"I’ll hire a tutor for you. When you manage to improve your grades, I’ll announce your return to the Fuller family."

Michael thought this would motivate her.

Florence looked at him: "I want to continue learning the violin."

"No way!" Michael imdiately refused.

"Clara can learn piano and compete everywhere, so why can’t I!"

"She is she, and you are you."

Since Florence’s return, Michael had planned her path, determined to cultivate her into a proper lady, a good candidate for a future arranged marriage.

At fifteen, she was getting older, and with her current personality, she couldn’t be allowed to go too far, or she would be hard to control.

Florence knew that talking more was pointless, so she sneered: "You can hire them if you like, whether I learn or not is my business."

From that day on, Florence’s ti was fully scheduled.

After school, tutors were waiting for her at ho, but she was unwilling and uninterested, leading the tutors to complain to Michael, who would scold her.

She grew to dislike this ho and Michael even more.

Cloudsea City’s elite academy.

After school, dawdling, Florence finally packed her things and walked out of the classroom.

With only about twenty students in a class, she was in the sa class as Clara. Over a month, she hadn’t made any friends.

She knew it was because of Clara, but she didn’t care.

What gave her a headache was having to face those so-called tutors as soon as she returned, pontificating and comparing her to Clara.

She might scare one away, but another would co.

"Florence." A voice called from the staircase entrance. Florence looked up and saw Abigail.

In a floral dress, long hair flowing, with an elegant and gentle deanor, she smiled at Florence.

"It’s not easy to see you." Abigail teased, noticing the sorrow on Florence’s face: "What’s wrong?"

"Nothing, Aunt Monrose." Florence gave a slight smile: "Why did you co looking for ?"
