Seeing Julian rcer’s insufferable arrogance and the way he was being utterly ignored, Adrian Sutton was so furious he let out a laugh.

He turned and kicked Julian rcer square in the ass.

Julian rcer went down, face-planting on the floor.

Before he could even react, Adrian Sutton stomped on his ankle.

Julian rcer thought he heard his ankle bone crack.

He couldn’t help but let out a hysterical roar.

"AHHH—"

Seeing this, Oscar rcer tried to rush forward and help his father.

But Hughes was also trained; he saw the move and imdiately kicked the back of Oscar’s knee.

Caught completely off guard, Oscar rcer was instantly brought to his knees.

Hughes then stepped over him, pinning him down tightly.

Oscar rcer struggled to get up but found he couldn’t muster an ounce of strength.

Adrian Sutton shot him a cold glance.

His face remained grim as he looked down imperiously at Julian rcer.

"I’ll ask you again. Where is Claire?"

The pain was so intense that tears stread from Julian rcer’s eyes.

’How dare so broke, powerless nobody lay a hand on ?’

A surge of fury erupted within him.

"Are you looking to die?" he roared at Adrian Sutton.

Adrian Sutton’s lips curled into a cold smile as he increased the pressure under his foot.

He ground his foot viciously into Julian rcer’s right ankle.

Amidst Julian rcer’s agonized wails, he stomped on his left ankle.

Then he ground it down hard, twisting it several tis.

The pain was so excruciating Julian rcer could barely breathe.

Tears were now flowing uncontrollably.

Adrian Sutton remained unmoved by Julian rcer’s hysterical cries.

Keeping his foot on Julian rcer’s left ankle, he slowly crouched down.

His eyes, fixed on Julian rcer’s, were like a bottomless abyss, threatening to swallow him whole.

"If you don’t tell where Claire is right now, you’ll be the one who dies. Don’t believe ? Try ."

"My specialty is torturing people who aren’t afraid to die."

"But I don’t have much patience right now."

Julian rcer endured the agonizing pain in his ankles.

He wiped away the beads of sweat that had ford on his forehead from the tornt.

Gritting his teeth, he said hatefully, "I won’t tell you."

"Heh, a tough one," Adrian Sutton said coldly, slowly standing up.

He lifted his foot, then brought it down hard on the ankle again.

CRACK!

With that stomp, Julian rcer sucked in a sharp, pained breath.

He wanted to scream but found he couldn’t make a sound.

He was certain his ankle was completely broken now.

Nearby, Oscar rcer was still trying to process the sight of his father being brutalized like this.

By the ti he ca to his senses, he heard the sound of his father’s ankle bone shattering.

He struggled on the ground, trying to get up, but Hughes had him pinned so tightly he couldn’t move an inch.

He could only roar hysterically. "You’re insane! This is aggravated assault!"

"That’s right," Adrian Sutton said casually. "I am assaulting him."

"And if you don’t tell where Claire is, it’ll be a lot worse than just assault."

"I know Claire is on this floor."

"Even if you don’t tell , I’ll find her."

"It’ll just take a little more ti."

"But if anything happens to Claire, I can’t guarantee you’ll leave this building alive."

"I’m not scaring you, and I’m not kidding."

Julian rcer, who had been arrogant and furious just monts before, felt a seed of fear take root in his heart.

"Like I said, I’m not very patient."

"I’m only going to count to three. If you’re still not talking after three..."

"...I can’t promise you’ll live to see tomorrow’s sun."

With that, Adrian Sutton began to count.

"One..."

Julian rcer and Oscar rcer were instantly thrown into a dilemma.

If they told him, he would ruin Mr. Lawton’s fun.

If Mr. Lawton found out they had leaked Claire rcer’s location, he wouldn’t let the rcer Family off the hook.

"Two..."

Adrian Sutton’s voice was like that of a demon from hell.

It was as if every number he counted was a countdown to their deaths.

This man before them seed even more terrifying than Mr. Lawton.

He was like a madman who had lost all reason.

The thick killing intent radiating from him sent a chill down the father and son’s spines.

He wasn’t joking, nor was he trying to scare them.

They could feel it—he genuinely wanted to kill them.

Just as he said, he would find Claire rcer even if they didn’t talk.

They would rather offend Mr. Lawton than a lunatic.

Their lives were more important than the future of the rcer Group.

With that thought, Julian rcer finally broke.

In a frantic hurry, before Adrian Sutton could count to "three," he spoke up with a trembling voice, blurting out the room number.

"She’s in the largest suite at the end of the hall."

"Watch them."

Leaving those words behind, Adrian Sutton strode directly toward the suite at the end of the hall.

He happened to run into the man who’d been posing as a notary.

Seeing a stranger approaching, radiating killing intent, the man was imdiately on alert.

"Who are you? What are you doing her—"

He hadn’t even gotten the last word out.

The murderous man sent him flying two ters with a single kick.

His back slamd hard against the outer corner of the wall, and then he hit the ground with a heavy thud.

From the triple impact, the man let out a muffled groan and instantly passed out from the pain.

After clearing the obstacle, Adrian Sutton went straight to the room and kicked the door open.

Inside, Mr. Lawton had just walked over to Claire rcer, who was lying on the sofa.

His eyes glead with the greed of a hunter spotting its prey.

He was just about to reach out and caress Claire rcer’s fair, delicate face.

But just then, the door was burst open from the outside.

Hearing the commotion, he stopped what he was doing and quickly stood up.

A wave of fury surged through him, and he ground his molars hard.

"Fuck."

Who was so bold as to ruin his fun?

Fuming, he stalked toward the door.

He was about to see which damn bastard dared to disturb him now.

Just as he reached the doorway, the door was shoved violently inward from the outside.

Caught off guard, Mr. Lawton was nearly knocked to the ground by the door.

He staggered back two steps, his eyes glinting nacingly as he stared at the intruder.

"Are you fucking looking to die?"

He spat, then raised a hand to touch his nose.

Adrian Sutton stared daggers at Mr. Lawton, his eyes blazing with murderous intent.

He threw a punch, smashing it into Mr. Lawton’s face.

Mr. Lawton was completely stunned by the blow.

He stared in disbelief at the young punk before him.

How long had it been since he’d last been hit?

Ever since he took charge of the Horizon Group, was there anyone in Rhonia who didn’t show him so respect?

And now, he’d been beaten by so unknown brat...

"You fucker—"

He didn’t even get the word out before another fist smashed into him.

He could clearly feel his teeth being knocked out.

Blood imdiately trickled from the corner of his mouth.
