"Is your sister a recent graduate?"

While waiting for Wei Zhengyi to answer the call, Yang Hao asked another question.

"Yes, my sister is from Jiangcheng Finance and Economics College, she'll officially graduate in July," Chen Jia replied.

Jiangcheng Finance and Economics College?

Yang Hao was slightly taken aback; this was his alma mater. He hadn't expected Chen Jia's sister to also be his junior, which felt quite serendipitous.

Jiangcheng Finance and Economics College was a second-tier institution, naturally incomparable to key universities like Jiangcheng University, but its accounting, auditing, and several other financial specialties were quite strong.

However, Yang Hao's college entrance exam scores weren't high enough for a more competitive major, so he had studied one of the least valued subjects in the university, Business Administration.

When it ca ti to choose majors, most people didn't really understand what "Business Administration" entailed. It sounded impressive, so they applied for it without much thought.

Only when it was ti to find a job did they realize this major had no advantages and there didn't seem to be any specific jobs aligned with it.

In the end, you'd find that your fellow Business Administration graduates ended up in all sorts of industries: so went into real estate sales, so sold insurance, and others started their own hotpot restaurants.

Starting your own business was actually sowhat related to the major of Business Administration—at least it involved the word "managent."

"Mr. Yang, do you have any instructions?"

Once the call connected, Wei Zhengyi's voice ca through the receiver.

"There's an intern in the finance departnt nad Chen Ning, arrange for his regularization," Yang Hao instructed directly.

"Alright, Mr. Yang, I'll handle it right away."

"Do you have any other instructions?"

Wei Zhengyi's deanor was very respectful. Previously, Yang Hao had only held a 28% share of the stocks, but a few days earlier, he had acquired an additional 10% from Wu Zhentao. Therefore, Yang Hao now owned 38% of the shares, giving him absolute say in the company. Whether Wei, as the vice president, could keep his job depended on Yang's say-so.

"No, that's it."

With that, Yang Hao hung up the phone.

Chen Jia, anwhile, was completely baffled: "Yang, what...?"

"That's it, it's settled?"

Yang Hao smiled and nodded, "You and ngng are friends, and that makes you my friend too. I wouldn't drag my feet on such a matter for days; that would be too unkind of ."

"Ah!"

"Thank you, Yang!"

Surprised and delighted, Chen Jia quickly stood up and bowed in thanks.

Her parents had been most concerned about her sister's job regularization recently, even murmuring about using connections and offering money to get it settled these past few days.

She had never imagined that Yang Hao could solve her sister's regularization issue with just one phone call.

Truth be told, she had only hoped for the best without expecting much.

Since he was a leader at Jiangcheng Newspaper Group, he could surely pull so strings, and if money needed to be given, there would be a way.

She never imagined Yang Hao would resolve it so directly.

Wang was also quite shocked. She hadn't expected Guan ngng's boyfriend to be so influential, and she vaguely heard the person on the phone address Yang Hao as "Mr. Yang."

Facing the three won, Xue Hua's expression was one of tightly knitted brows. His last sliver of hope was dashed: Yang Hao was not a phony rich man or a fake CEO, but the real deal.

"Yang, I really can't thank you enough."

"I don't even know what to say for such a huge favor..."

Chen Jia actually wanted to ask if she needed to spend money as a token of her gratitude, but she couldn't bring up such underhanded operations with Wang and Xue Hua around.

Before she finished her sentence, Yang Hao waved his hand, "It was no trouble at all. If you really want to express your thanks, just take good care of ngng in the future."

Yang Hao turned the favor towards his own ng, after all, Guan ngng would be working in the hospital for the long term, and having "a friend" was always beneficial.

"Absolutely, I definitely will."

"In fact, ngng and I are already quite close friends," Chen Jia eagerly stated with a beaming smile.

Both n and won harbor vanity, and in that mont, Guan ngng felt her face glow with pride.

"I've finished eating; you guys take your ti."

Xue Hua couldn't stay any longer; he picked up his tray and quickly left.

Once he left, Wang started to praise the pairing of Yang Hao and Guan ngng, while internally she decided to make a point of getting closer to Guan ngng and fostering a good relationship.

Chen Jia sent a Weixin ssage to her sister in silence, briefly explaining the situation.

Although Yang Hao said on the phone that the matter could be handled imdiately, Chen Jia still wasn't certain it would pan out.

Jiangcheng Newspaper Group.

Chen Ning was having a lunch break in the company cafe with Zhang Rui, a colleague who had joined the company at the sa ti.

"Our group's social dia accounts are really taking off lately; if this trend continues, our benefits might even improve," Zhang Rui remarked as she scrolled through short videos.

"Yeah, that Director Li is truly impressive. In such a short ti, she's grown the 'Jiangcheng Observer' account to 550,000 followers, and it's still gaining daily..." Chen Ning marveled.

"Not only is Director Li beautiful and articulate, but with the recent buzz around the Flying Fish Suit incident, growing followers is almost effortless!"

"Alas, there's still no news about the regularization. I've heard that since Mr. Yang took office, he's been looking to cut staff and downsize bloated departnts. Against that backdrop, it seems even harder to get regularized," Zhang Rui sighed softly. For interns like her and Chen Ning, becoming a regular employee was of course their biggest wish.

"Let's leave it to fate!"

"All we can do is our jobs," Chen Ning replied. She and Zhang Rui had only t at work and kept to themselves the efforts their families were making to help them.

Just then, Chen Ning suddenly received a Weixin ssage from her sister, saying that her regularization had been arranged.

Chen Ning was incredulous and asked for details. The reply she got was that her sister's colleague's boyfriend was a leader at Jiangcheng Newspaper Group. He had happened to hear about her regularization situation while dining in the cafeteria and had helped her out.

After reading her sister's reply, Chen Ning had only two words in her heart: speechless.

Her sister's colleague's boyfriend could get her regularized with just a simple word; it was incredulous!

She was about to send a ssage back when the smiling head of her departnt suddenly approached her from the window seat with a cup of coffee in hand.

Looking at the smile on the other's face, Chen Ning couldn't help but feel a jolt of nerves, as it was very likely that the person was there to assign her overti work.

"Why is Director Zhou coming our way? He's not calling us for overti, is he?" Zhang Rui, who also noticed Director Zhou, whispered.

"It's very possible, prepare to work overti..." Chen Ning nodded in agreent.

The two interns had already braced themselves for overti when Director Zhou ca over with a beaming smile and gestured to Chen Ning, "Ningning, co sit over here for a minute."

"Uh?"

"Okay."

Chen Ning didn't know what Director Zhou was up to, but as he was the supervisor, she had no choice but to follow with a stiff expression.

After sitting down by the window, Director Zhou even got her a cup of coffee.

"Ningning, after lunch break, go to the HR departnt and process your regularization procedure."

"If you have any issues with work after that, feel free to co to ."

Just as Chen Ning's heart was a ss of nervousness, Director Zhou suddenly spoke up, his tone very kind.

At these words, Chen Ning was shocked; she thought she might have heard wrong.

"I'm going to process my regularization?"

"Yes, just go to the HR departnt when it opens."

Director Zhou nodded, and then added with a smile, "Ningning, I may have been a bit strict with you before, but it was all for your own good."

"Young people, after all, need to train more and accumulate more work experience."

"You understand my good intention, don't you?"

"Uh, yes!"

Facing the supervisor's sudden goodwill, Chen Ning was utterly bewildered, but she still nodded subconsciously. It wasn't like she could go against the leader's word.

"Good, I knew you were a sensible kid."

"Work hard in the group in the future; you have a bright future ahead!"

"When you go to HR later, send my regards to Mr. Wei..."

Director Zhou reminded her with another smile.

"Um, okay."

Chen Ning nodded numbly; she felt like she was in a dream. The stern supervisor had suddenly beco so kind, and her regularization was confird.

How did such extravagant fortune suddenly fall on her head??

After making a few more polite remarks with the subordinate who had a strong background, Director Zhou took the lead and left. Once she was gone, Zhang Rui, who had been watching the situation from the sidelines, hurried over: "Ningning, what happened?"

"I saw Director Zhou was smiling the whole ti. She didn't seem like she was asking you to work overti!"

"No, it's not overti."

"Director Zhou said I'm being regularized and asked to go to the HR departnt later to process the paperwork."

This kind of thing couldn't be kept secret; the departnt would even send out an email with a list of trainees who had been regularized, so Chen Ning didn't hide it.

"What?"

"You're regularized!!"

Zhang Rui was astonished, then a wave of envy washed over her.

The two of them had just been discussing the matter of regularization, and unexpectedly, Chen Ning had already received the news of her regularization.

Zhang Rui suddenly felt like "We agreed to slack off together, but you've been secretly studying."

It must have been so behind-the-scenes maneuvers; how else could she have been regularized just like that?

In fact, her family also wanted to use connections to work out her regularization, but they hadn't found the right channel yet.

Just then, Chen Ning's phone suddenly rang. It was her sister calling.

"I'll take this call."

Chen Ning knew her sister must be calling about the job regularization, and it wouldn't be good to discuss it in front of Zhang Rui, so she went to a deserted corner with her phone.

"Ningning, have you gotten any news yet? Why haven't you replied to the ssage yet!"

The phone connected, and Chen Jia couldn't wait to inquire.

Chen Jia had already left the cafeteria with Wang, and Wang was quite concerned about whether her sister's job regularization had been finalized because it involved whether Guan ngng's boyfriend really had that much influence.

"The supervisor just spoke to and told to go to the HR departnt to process the regularization paperwork when they open." Chen Ning replied.

"Really!"

"That's fantastic!" Chen Jia exclaid joyously, and then nodded at Wang beside her, indicating that the deal was done.

"Sis, which leader is your colleague's boyfriend in our group?"

"He's amazing, talking about regularization and it happens!" Chen Ning asked curiously.

"I didn't feel it was right to ask about his position, but his surna is Yang, and he made a call to soone nad Wei..."

"Surna Yang?"

"Mr. Yang??"

Chen Ning was taken aback. She hadn't expected her regularization to be personally ordered by the president of the group, Mr. Yang. No wonder Director Zhou had been so cordial with her just now.

He must have thought she was one of Mr. Yang's people, which was why his attitude had done a complete one-eighty.

"Is Mr. Yang's position in your group very high?" Chen Jia asked out of curiosity.

"He's the president of our group!"

"He has the final say on everything in the group..." Chen Ning replied.

Walking down the hospital corridor, Chen Jia was utterly shocked; she turned to Wang beside her and remarked, "Guan ngng's boyfriend turns out to be the president of Jiangcheng Newspaper Group!"

"ngng is going to be a president's wife!"
