A strong gust of wind blew, and the smug expression on the man's face instantly froze. His pupils dilated in fear.

Bang—

The heavy iron hamr fell with a loud thud, the sound ringing through the air.

"Ah—" The man scread in terror, bracing for the excruciating pain that he imagined was about to co.

However, the pain he expected did not arrive. Cautiously, he opened his eyes and saw the massive hamr landing beside him, with only a milliter separating it from his body.

He was paralyzed with fear.

Zhouzhou looked down at him with a mocking gaze. "What are you afraid of? It's true that I'm an honest person, but compared to you, I listen to my master more."

Abbot Master had told her not to harm anyone. How could she disobey him?

Such filthy blood wasn't even worthy of staining this sacred ground.

She stepped forward, placing the tip of her foot on his chest, applying slight pressure. The man winced in pain, struggling for breath. He tried to push her off, but couldn't escape.

Zhouzhou leaned slightly forward, gazing down at him. "I think the suggestion you made earlier was a good one."

What suggestion?

The man, barely keeping his eyes open, looked up at her, confused.

Seeing his expression, Zhouzhou kindly explained, "It was the idea you had about ruining our reputation and shutting down this temple. The taste of drowning in saliva... I think I'll let you experience it too."

With that, she pulled out her phone and opened a hidden app. A few taps later, all the man's background information appeared.

She read each word aloud: "Luo Dayong, 45 years old, unemployed, never worked at any job for more than a month."

Luo Dayong's eyes widened in shock. How does she know all this?

Zhouzhou continued, "During school, he lived off extortion money."

"After graduating, he robbed people." She glanced at Qin Xi. "Fourth Brother, please take note, his address is..."

Robbery was a cri.

Qin Xi quickly pulled out a notebook and jotted it down.

"And theft too. His biggest haul was a diamond ring worth 350,000."

"Then he got into gambling. When he lost, he resorted to scamming people."

"Recently, he even drove drunk..." Zhouzhou's voice turned icy. "He killed a holess man in a drunk driving accident and buried the body by a river in the suburbs."

Upon hearing this, Luo Dayong's eyes instantly widened. His mouth opened before he could stop himself. "How do you know?!"

Realizing his slip-up, he quickly covered his mouth, panic taking over. "You're lying! Do you have any evidence?"

Zhouzhou calmly put her phone away. "Don't worry, the evidence will be provided."

"Fourth Brother, the rest is up to you."

Qin Xi nodded. "Don't worry."

He pulled out a set of handcuffs and quickly cuffed the man. He then shot a glance at Zhouzhou. Seeing her calm deanor, he hesitated for a mont.

It was the first ti in all these years that he had seen Zhouzhou this furious.

Her temper was generally good, but to make her this angry... it was an accomplishnt in itself.

This man had really touched her nerve.

She was fine with others bullying her, but when it ca to her loved ones—no one was allowed to cross that line.

Not trusting her to handle it alone, Qin Xi signaled Qin Bei to watch over his sister carefully.

Qin Bei quickly nodded, walking over cautiously to Zhouzhou's side. He reached out to take the large iron hamr from her.

But...

He couldn't lift it.

In fact, he nearly ended up smashing his own foot with it.

Seeing this, Qin Xi's face turned black with anger.

So embarrassing!

Zhouzhou snapped out of her thoughts and looked at Qin Bei, seeing the worry on his face. She paused for a mont before shaking her head and taking a deep breath. "I'm fine."

With that, she tossed the hamr aside. "I'm going to check on Abbot Master."

This ti, Li Yuanming didn't stop her.

Yiyun had been injured, and it was only right for her to check on him.

Zhouzhou knocked on the door, and imdiately soone opened it. Several bald heads peeked out, all wearing expressions of relief.

They had just heard everything. They hadn't expected that this man had done so many terrible things. This ti, he was going to rot in jail!

When they saw Zhouzhou, they quickly moved aside to let her in.

Zhouzhou walked straight to Yiyun's side, crouching down and taking his hand in hers. She looked up at him but remained silent.

Yiyun looked at her, his gaze lingering on her reddened eyes. He sighed and reached up to gently pat her head. "It's alright, don't worry. Master is fine."

Zhouzhou's eyes reddened even more. She nuzzled her face into his palm and couldn't help but mutter, "I really want to kill him myself."

Yiyun shook his head. "Zhouzhou, don't let the killing intent consu you."

After a pause, he added, "Even without you saying it, I can see it. You're carrying bloodlust."

When she was very young, he had already had that feeling.

But there was also sothing comndable about it.

Just like Ye Lingfeng's bloodlust.

He knew that the people she killed were those who deserved it.

However, as her master, he still hoped that she could live a simpler life, not stained with too much blood.

Hearing his words, Zhouzhou silently recited a prayer, and the murderous aura around her dissipated.

She looked up at him, her gaze falling on the wound on his head. Concern filled her voice. "How's the wound? Is it deep? Let take a look."

She reached to unwrap the bandages, but Yiyun gently stopped her, his eyes filled with warmth and a smile. "It's not deep. It's just a scrape."

It had been a minor injury when he was pushed and hit the corner of the table. It wasn't serious, and he didn't want Zhouzhou to worry too much.

"Thank you for today," he said softly, looking at her.

Zhouzhou shook her head and smiled. "What are you thanking for? This is also my ho."

"Mm," Yiyun nodded slowly and changed the subject. "Have you finished your business? Do you want to stay on the mountain for a few more days?"

"Yes!" Zhouzhou imdiately nodded, realizing that he was purposely avoiding talking about the earlier events. She cooperated by not pushing the matter any further.

Anyway, she would talk to Fourth Brother later. He would handle Luo Dayong properly.

She wasn't worried about getting her revenge.

"After that, there's nothing else to do. I'll just stay here with Master for the sumr."

"Good," Yiyun smiled upon hearing this, clearly pleased.

"What do you want to eat? I'll have your uncle make it for you."

At this, Zhouzhou's eyes brightened. "Dumplings!"

She couldn't help but swallow as she spoke.

Yiyun laughed heartily, and the others in the temple joined in.

The oppressive atmosphere had lifted.

Zhouzhou's Second Senior Uncle, rubbing his round belly, said, "Alright, I'll go make them for you!"

"Yes! Thank you, Second Senior Uncle," Zhouzhou said joyfully.

She went on to tell Yiyun about the amusing things she had encountered, making him laugh even harder.

Zhouzhou smiled brightly as she watched him.

After a while, seeing that he was getting tired, she sent him back to his room to rest.

Once the door was closed, her smile instantly disappeared.

She quickly sent out a ssage.

Luo Dayong was going to get his punishnt today!
