The capital always maintained the floating gardens as it was one of the famous places to visit before going inside.

"Tired?" Layton asked while removing his coat and looking at Ryzel who was sprawled on the sofa.
"Yes, a bit," Rzel answered. Even though most of the ti they stayed on the aircraft to view different places he was still a bit tired. They went to different places, that’s why Ryzel was still tired roaming in different places.
Most of his ti was spent in doing his research or concocting potions. That’s why even though he was living inside the capital star he didn’t go around visiting tourist spots.
They went to visit more places today compared to all the places he visited in the capital star.
Most of the ti they just stayed inside the aircraft and watched the scenery inside without going outside or even landing.
However they still saw a lot of beautiful places even though they didn’t visit the places in depth as they were going around various places.
Ryzel was actually tempted to visit those places in depth but they don’t have enough ti so maybe they could visit them again in the future when they would have ti.
"So, how was it? Did you enjoy what we did today?" Layton Lewis asked.
"Yes I enjoyed it. It was fun going around seeing wonderful places in just a few hours. It would be better if we have the ti to stop and go to so of those places again and see their beauty closer."
"Then we can go and visit so of those places later on. You can put the places you want to visit on a list and give it to later so that we can arrange ti for us to visit those places again." Layton Lewis said, obviously wanting to go with Ryzel when that ti cos.
"Okay," Ryzel said while looking at Layton Lewis who promised to go with him again.
"General Layton, we should start doing ntal guidance and establish our ntal lock today," Ryzel said to Layton Lewis.
As soon as they signed the marriage contract they should have started ntal guidance and established a ntal lock as soon as they got married. However Ryzel and Layton didn’t do it because he slept when they went back last night.
They needed to do it already because they needed to report it to the marriage center in 48 hours after marriage. According to the federation law after 48 hours of marriage the guide and sentinel should have a solid proof of the ntal mark they have with each other.
If a married sentinel and guide didn’t comply with the regulation they would be forced to do it while being observed by the marriage center.
Establishing a ntal lock is a private affair between the guide and the sentinel so they just need to show a picture of the mark that would appear on their bodies after the establishing a ntal lock. However, if the guide and the sentinel didn’t comply with the regulation then the marriage center would then send soone to monitor them until they establish a ntal lock.
Ryzel knew it was his duty to do ntal guidance and establish a ntal lock so he wasn’t opposed to doing so.
