Zoe said a whole bunch in one breath, returning all the scolding Lefty had given her. She finally felt a bit better.
However, when she glanced at Lefty’s face, it didn’t look too good.
"Hey, you don’t look too happy, are you going to dig coal again later? You can’t go, you should go back to A City to work, your CEO needs you!"
"Shut up, you’re ruining my appetite."
Zoe thought this sounded familiar. After thinking for a while, she finally rembered that when she first t him, they had to share a table to eat, and he seed to have said sothing similar.
Zoe sighed heavily, it was still the sa Lefty, he hadn’t changed at all!
She had made so much effort, and after all that fuss, she was still back at square one.
She kind of wanted to give up.
After staying in the hospital for a day, her fever completely subsided, and Zoe was back to her lively and cheerful self, which finally put Mrs. Zuo at ease to take her back.
The four of them took the plane together, and Mrs. Zuo even specifically bought adjacent tickets for the two to help them improve their relationship.
Unexpectedly, the two hardly spoke during the entire journey.
Mrs. Zuo was a bit anxious, "Hubby, do you think our son fought with his daughter-in-law?"
"I don’t think so, the daughter-in-law doesn’t look like she’s had a fight!"
"Then why aren’t they talking? And they don’t seem close!"
Mrs. Zuo and Mr. Zuo have been married for so long, yet on the plane, she would still hold his arm and lean her head on his shoulder. But between their son and Zoe, it was like a galaxy lay between them.

Mrs. Zuo shook her head; she never believed her son was shy.
Back when they were just rescued, with so many rescue personnel watching and even local dia filming the rescue scene, her son didn’t care about others’ gazes and carried Zoe out himself.
When a male doctor in charge of the rescue wanted to take over and carry Zoe onto the ambulance, he didn’t agree.
"They definitely had a fight."
Mrs. Zuo finally reached this conclusion.
Since they couldn’t use phones on the plane, she asked the flight attendant for paper and pen to start passing notes to her son.
Lefty was stuffed with a bunch of notes; he hurriedly opened one and quickly closed it, glancing at Zoe beside him and sighed in relief when he saw she didn’t notice the notes.
His mom gave him several "ingenious strategies."
"Hold your wife in your arms, let her lean on your shoulder, and coax her to sleep."
"If she’s still angry, just kiss her!"
"If one kiss doesn’t work, kiss several tis!"
"If it still doesn’t work, give her money, hand over your salary card to her, and say that you’ll let her spend all the money you earn from now on, tell her a hundred tis ’I love you’."
Lefty tore the note into shreds with a gloomy face.
Was this how his dad pursued his mom back then?
If he suddenly kissed Zoe now, she might just hit him!
Zoe didn’t know that Mrs. Zuo was making an effort to match her with Lefty; she was still lost in thought, figuring out how to bypass Lefty to find soone else to pass on ssages about Harry Hunter.
After all, she wasn’t asking for secrets of the Star Region Group. She just wanted to be able to report Harry’s whereabouts to Isabella Weaver at any ti.
