Isabella Weaver was actually quite inept at socializing and found it very hard to blend in with strangers, let alone make friends.
So, once she had friends, she cherished them dearly.
"No strangers. Let’s take Grace Watt and the others out for a picnic. I can carry a little basket to gather wild vegetables, pick mushrooms, you can make a pot of mushroom soup, Grace can still make Beggar’s chicken, can David and Jace cook?"
Jace doesn’t know, and David certainly won’t.
Harry Hunter frowned, Jace also wouldn’t; where could he find a chef that Isabella was familiar with?
He was considering people when his phone rang, it was the old lady calling.
At the Hunter Family’s ancestral ho, the flowers that Isabella had pinched off were sprouting again.
The old lady was in the Garden Estate trimming branches with Cherry Lewis and Zoe Lewis. Looking at Zoe’s gentle and elegant deanor, she felt like pushing her towards Harry Hunter.
This weekend, Isabella shouldn’t have it too easy. Sending Zoe over to irritate her would be perfect, and if Zoe could be used to make Isabella argue with Harry, that would be a delightful surprise.
So she called her grandson.
"Little Harry, Grandma just made so honey and blueberry jam, all-natural without additives. Should I send you so?"
"No need."
"You child, it’s not for you to eat, it’s for Isabella. The blueberry jam was made by Missy Zoe herself. She’s a clever girl with great skills, made especially for Isabella with great care."
She had gotten smart, not ntioning letting Zoe et him directly, otherwise, she’d be t with a ruthless refusal.
Only by pretending to care about Isabella was there a chance to exploit.
The old lady waited a long ti before hearing her grandson’s voice on the phone again: "Zoe can cook?"
"Yes! She cooks very well, chef-level!"
"Alright, I’ll send soone to pick her up."
The old lady was ecstatic!
Her grandson actually agreed!
She hung up the phone and pulled Zoe’s hand, leading her to the living room: "Quick, wash your face and get ready, Little Harry is sending soone to pick you up!"
Zoe was so shocked she dropped the scissors in her hand!

The old lady was still excitedly reminding her: "No need to rush to impress on the first visit, focus on winning over Isabella, and you must leave a good impression on Little Harry. He likely likes soone who’s good at cooking, make sure the dishes are both pretty and delicious! If you win his stomach, we don’t fear not winning his heart!"
She hurriedly pulled Zoe towards the house, completely forgetting about leaving Cherry alone in the Garden Estate.

Zoe had to shut her mouth.
She felt that Harry Hunter probably called her over to cook, wearing a qipao seed way too bizarre!
