Isabella Weaver opened her eyes, looking at him dangerously: "Oh, so you have your eye on a beauty? Going to buy her a gift?"

"Not at all, I don’t dare! If you’re jealous, I’m the one who suffers. Now I don’t look at any woman; I even changed my secretary to a male, and the Star Region Group doesn’t even let a single female fly in."

Isabella laughed out loud and gave him a kiss: "Good morning, hubby."

Harry Hunter knew he had passed this hurdle and responded with a kiss: "Good morning, my little diva and my jealous sweetheart."

But he was sowhat puzzled: "Why are you being lazy today? It’s half past nine. Not worried about being late for work?"

"I’m already late anyway, doesn’t matter if it’s a bit later."

Isabella’s finger was drawing circles on Harry’s chest, and her tone was quite smug: "I’m the CEO, the boss of the company. Even if I’m late, no one dares to scold . Being the boss has its perks!"

Harry’s chest was tickled by her fingers, and he grabbed her naughty hand with a laugh: "Our Isabella finally knows how to use her CEO privileges; it’s not easy."

The two laid for a while longer before getting up—Isabella’s rumbling stomach made it impossible not to.

They washed up, had breakfast, changed clothes, and went out the door. By the ti they arrived at the company, it was nearly noon.

She handed over the design draft she had worked on last night to the design departnt, asking the designers to refine and detail it, which triggered a mountain-shaking cheer of praise.

"CEO, you’re the most prolific designer I’ve ever seen!"

"CEO, you’re the most talented and innovative designer I’ve ever seen!"

"CEO, you’re the most hardworking CEO I’ve ever seen!"

Isabella touched her ear, feeling a little guilty, as she was three hours late to work today, yet they’re calling her hardworking.

However, no one cared about her being late; even Secretary Landon didn’t see it as a problem, and instead looked at her with admiration: "The CEO is truly young and promising, and our company is getting better and better."

Isabella felt more embarrassed and quickly returned to her office.

After working for a while, it was ti for lunch.

She wasn’t hungry at all but still went to the restaurant downstairs she usually frequents with Grace Watt and Secretary Landon.

In the restaurant, she ran into Cora Ginger and Peter Barnes again.

"Isabella."

Cora Ginger’s face was pale, and her spirits were not well; she stood before Isabella with an apologetic look: "Last ti, I spoke without thinking and said the wrong things. Are you still mad at ?"

Isabella looked at her silently, not speaking.

She thought she wouldn’t et Cora Ginger again.

Last ti, Cora Ginger called her "ruthless." Why is she here? Still wants her to rescue Zack Ginger?

Cora seed to see the confusion in her mind and quickly said: "I’m not here to ask you to save my brother; Peter has already helped get my brother out of jail."

Isabella looked surprisingly at Peter Barnes, who managed to get soone out of jail when Natalie Niles was involved. It seems he has so unknown strong background.

His willingness to help showed he cared much about Cora Ginger, so Cora hadn’t picked the wrong person.

Peter Barnes noticed Isabella looking over and gave a gentlemanly and serene smile: "Miss Weaver, may I shalessly ask to join you at your table? You see, the restaurant has no empty seats."

Before Isabella could refuse, he pulled Cora Ginger to sit opposite Isabella.
