Rose Parker's eyes flashed with a sharp light as she gently pressed Christopher Weaver's hand: "Speak to your daughter properly, why do you always resort to violence? Look how you've scared the child. Aren't we supposed to talk about the engagent? Bloodshed isn't appropriate. Ella, quickly get so ice; your sister is hurt."

"Understood."

Ella Weaver lazily replied, but didn't move at all, still leaning against the railings on the second floor, watching the drama unfold.

She knew Isabella Weaver would definitely be beaten upon returning ho, so she purposely placed glass cups, the kind that easily shattered, in the places Christopher could reach, and they indeed ca in handy!

The frustration she felt at the mall during the day was finally avenged!

Ella was utterly delighted, hoping Isabella would bleed more; how could she possibly get ice for her!

Christopher didn't care at all about his daughter's injury and bleeding. Years ago, he might have cared, would feel guilty after hitting her, feel heartache, but whether it's because he's hit her too much, gradually the guilt completely disappeared, only feeling imnsely satisfied!

"I've arranged a marriage for you, and you shouldn't go out lately. Just stay ho and prepare for the wedding."

Isabella Weaver's voice was indifferent: "I'm not getting married."

"Not getting married for what? Going out to hook up with n everywhere? Take a look at your reputation at school, not returning to the dorm at night, ssing around with n, are you trying to completely disgrace , Christopher Weaver?!"

"I didn't."

"Didn't you? Look at the newspapers yourself; you've gotten so bold as to occupy A City's news headlines!"

Christopher flung a stack of newspapers, Isabella glanced at them expressionlessly, and saw that the most famous gossip newspaper's front page in A City was her huge photo.

With a malicious tone, it criticized her, saying modern university students don't study properly, only care about fa and fortune, exchanging their bodies for money, disgraceful and shaless, morally corrupt, wondering what kind of parents would raise such a shaful daughter.

Every word in the newspaper hit precisely on Christopher's sensitive nerves.

Isabella raised her head and looked at Ella on the second floor: "Spent quite a bit to get that headline news, didn't you!"

Ella Weaver complained: "Dad, look at her, she's blaming it all on . Today I saw her wandering Star Region Mall with a strange man, as if being kept, just said a few words to her, and she's retaliating this way!"

Isabella sneered coldly: "Found my boyfriend attractive, did you? Unfortunately, he's not interested in you, so you're this eager to have get married?"

"I didn't; it's you who's indiscreet, reputation too bad, even mom and dad can't bear it anymore, they're trying to save you! Don't be stubborn!"

"Ella's right!"

Christopher continued: "You're getting married imdiately, and from now on, you'll obediently stay ho, be a good wife and mother, have many children, continue the lineage for others."

"I haven't graduated yet! I still want to study!"

"I've already had soone handle your withdrawal process; you won't be going anymore."

What?!

Isabella suddenly stood up, spoke each word clearly: "I will not withdraw from school!"

"That's not up to you!"

Christopher felt that this daughter was too disgraceful, wishing to have her hidden away forever, never to be seen again.

He also didn't like seeing Isabella because seeing her reminded him of his past absurdities; her existence might even damn him for eternity!

"Your Cousin Parker's family still needs a few days to prepare, just wait at ho; we're all family, you'll enjoy life marrying into them!"
