Alexander Parker remained unmoved. Even if Austin Winters had given him fifty million, even if he hadn’t given him a single penny, he wouldn’t hand him over to Harry Hunter!
Whenever he saw Harry Hunter’s face, he got furious. He had stolen Isabella from him, and Alexander planned to oppose Harry Hunter for the rest of his life!
Harry Hunter wanted Austin Winters, but Alexander refused to give him up!
Natalie Niles stepped forward, holding a piece of paper and spoke: "We’ve received a report that you’re harboring a fugitive here; this is a search warrant!"
After speaking, she waved her hand at the group of detectives behind her: "Search!"
The detectives, wearing bulletproof vests and helts, began searching the entire villa with trained precision.
Natalie Niles then retreated to Harry Hunter’s side, appearing to take direction from him.
Reese Renfrew looked extrely panicked, her face pale as if she might faint at any mont, but Alexander Parker rely laughed grimly: "Harry Hunter, I wasn’t aware that the detective squad had beco part of your household?"
"I am the informant as well as the victim."
Harry Hunter spoke in a detached tone, as if simply conducting business: "It’s a fundantal principle that a murderer must pay with his life. Austin Winters also kidnapped my grandmother, demanding ransom from ; of course, the police should arrest him."
Connor chid in: "Young Master Parker could be considered an accomplice too, right? Officer Niles, shouldn’t he be taken away as well?"
Before Natalie Niles could respond, Reese Renfrew scread and shouted, "My son is ill! He knows nothing!"
The living room imdiately sank into an eerie atmosphere.
Alexander Parker’s face was as dark as the bottom of a pot: "I’m not ill!"
Reese Renfrew hurriedly covered his mouth: "You are!"
She forced a smile that was uglier than crying at Harry Hunter’s group: "My son is truly ill, ntally ill, and sotis he babbles nonsense. You can’t take him away! Doesn’t the law state that ntal illness exempts one from criminal liability?"
Alexander Parker angrily removed her hand: "I’ve recovered!"
He didn’t like being told he had a "ntal illness." He felt he was more of a psychopath!
Oh, that’s not right either!
He’s not sick!
He’s perfectly fine!
He just occasionally feels like killing soone... no, just an animal!
He looked Harry Hunter up and down, finally fixing his gaze on his neck.
This man looked decent enough, with skin a bit pale and tender, faint blue veins visible. If only he could pounce and take a bite...
Connor cautiously blocked Harry Hunter: "Hey there, Alexander, why are you staring lecherously at our Young Master?"
What?!
Lecherously...
Alexander Parker was so enraged he almost spat blood!
He nearly crushed his teeth: "Get lost! I don’t like n!"
The expression on his face clearly showed he wanted to bite Harry Hunter to death!
Is this lackey blind?!
"That’s not certain! Our Young Master is handso and charming, appealing to both n and won. Who knows if your hate turned into love? It’s not unusual for a pervert like you to like n."
Alexander Parker got so worked up that his previously weak legs suddenly stood up: "You, you, you... get out of my house! Seeing you makes sick!"
Connor rolled his eyes at him: "Then I’ll just live at your place, make you sick to death!"
Alexander Parker’s legs supported him for a mont, but then lost strength; he sat back down, clutching his head, feeling sowhat oxygen-deprived from anger.
The detectives swiftly reported: "No suspicious figures found!"
"Impossible!"
Connor was incredulous: "My people clearly saw Austin Winters being brought here!"
The detectives still shook their heads: "Really, there’s no one."
Harry Hunter looked at Alexander Parker coldly, guessing that Austin Winters had probably been moved, and said to Connor: "Withdraw."
