Harry Hunter was stunned for a second, then pulled Isabella Weaver into his arms, laughing softly.
His hand caressed her back, feeling incredibly cheerful: "Darling, you’re truly a surprise! Don’t rush, I’ll satisfy you tonight, but first, you must feed !"
Isabella Weaver’s cheeks were burning, but she pretended nothing was amiss, mimicking Harry’s usual way of coaxing her. She patted his back in a masculine manner, and in a rough voice said: "Didn’t you say al ti is short? Co on, let feed you, hurry up and eat!"
Harry Hunter almost laughed himself silly on top of Isabella, eating the dish she served him, unable to contain his laughter again.
After a sip of soup and so other bites, he still found it amusing and started laughing again.
He kept laughing even after finishing dinner.
Isabella could no longer stand it and pinched his waist: "Is it really that funny? If you keep laughing, I’ll get mad!"
Harry yelped as she pinched him: "Alright, I won’t laugh anymore."
Seeing he indeed restrained his laughter, Isabella thought she really hurt him, and felt sorry: "Was I too heavy-handed?"
Harry turned his head, gazing into her eyes: "My wife can pinch however she likes, it doesn’t hurt at all!"
Only then did Isabella see the laughter still lingering in his eyes.
She was both annoyed and helpless: "You better recover quickly!"
"What’s this, can’t wait any longer, my lady? Do you want that bad? Actually, I can manage."
Isabella clenched her fists: "I ant you should recover soon, so I won’t have to be cautious about your injury when I hit you!"
"Oh, my lady prefers things a bit rough? We can try that so other day."
"Harry Hunter!!!"
"Hmm, I’m here, any orders, my lady?"
"We’re sleeping separately tonight!"
"No way!"
Harry grabbed her hand, leading her out of the private room: "We must sleep together!"
Connor and the others were already waiting outside for them, and followed as they ca out.
Harry’s expression had returned to his usual indifference, and after exiting the restaurant, he opened the car door, protecting Isabella’s head as she got in before seating himself.
Behind them, Natalie Niles saw his actions and stood there, stunned for quite a while.
She never knew this cold and aloof man could have such a considerate side.
She couldn’t help but look at Isabella inside the car.
She had actually watched Isabella all afternoon.
Indeed, she looked outstanding and had a nice aura, but such girls were never scarce around Harry Hunter.
Why her?
"Sis, what are you spacing out for, get in the car!"
Johan Niles patted her shoulder with a tone of displeasure: "Connor wants to share quality ti with his girlfriend, they’re driving separately, hmph! We’re riding with Young Master Hunter, sis, are you driving or should I?"
"You drive, I’m a bit tired today."
"Huh? Then you should rest well!"
Johan said, sitting in the driver’s seat, and as soon as Natalie got in, he started the car, chasing after Connor ahead.
Inside the car was quiet, Isabella initially sat with so space between her and Harry, but Harry insisted on pulling her to his side, arm around her waist and holding her hand, playing with her pretty, fair fingers.
His voice was soft, carrying a gentle warmth: "How’s your hand recently?"
"It’s quite good."
"Has all the sensation returned?"
"Not yet."
Talking about this made Isabella a bit worried: "I feel my right hand isn’t as agile as before, but Director Valley said it still needs so ti to recover, and I should practice hand exercises regularly."
