When Johan Niles arrived with his dical kit, he unexpectedly found himself witnessing so public displays of affection.
"Morning, boss! Morning, sis-in-law!"
Harry Hunter looked indifferent, while Isabella Weaver smiled at him, "Morning, Doctor Niles, have you had breakfast? Join us!"
Johan was about to accept when he caught Harry’s icy glare.
"No need, I’ve already eaten! Take your ti, I’ll go chat with Connor!"
Johan put down the dical kit and quickly ran off.
Isabella asked Harry in confusion, "Did Connor co by? Where is he going to find Connor for a chat?"
"Connor lives next door to us."
Isabella widened her eyes, "The villa next door is Connor’s?"
Harry nodded, "I don’t like others living in my house, but Connor needs to be on call at all tis. I couldn’t let him sleep on the street, so I bought the place next door and gave it to him."
Isabella nodded in understanding.
No wonder Cherry Lewis said Harry was generous; he gave a villa to Connor but never gave one to Cherry. Cherry must have felt unsettled, which is why she ntioned it in front of Isabella.
After they finished breakfast, Johan Niles and Connor arrived.
As usual, they first treated Isabella’s hand, then Harry’s injuries.
After bandaging, Johan began to nag about various precautions, but Harry had already put on his shirt, picked up his suit, and was heading out.
Johan hurriedly blocked him, "Oh my, where are you going? Weren’t you told to rest for a month in bed?"
"There are many issues at the company that need my attention. The stock price of Star Region is fluctuating wildly, and there’s the Lewis Family matter. I received news that Ryder Lewis got his daughter out of jail; I need to send her back in."
Harry rarely explained things, but this ti he wasn’t speaking to Johan; he was addressing Isabella.
Isabella looked worriedly at his shoulder, "When will your injury heal then? Nothing else matters, not even Cherry going back to jail. Your health is what’s most important."
If Cherry caused him any long-term health issues, it wouldn’t be worth it!
"It’s okay, it’s much better now! If you’re worried, I’ll have a doctor with at all tis."
Johan widened his eyes, "Huh? Who?"
"You."
"I have several surgeries scheduled at the hospital today!"
"Your ntor can do them for you."
"If my ntor listens to , he’d be calling his ntor!"
"Connor, call Director Valley!"
"Yes!"
Johan still appeared troubled, "Young Master Hunter, I’m not your secretary; I can’t follow you around all day, I’m really busy!"
"I’ll donate that French stereotactic radiosurgery machine your hospital has always wanted to buy."
"Ah! I’m not busy anymore! Co on, Young Master Hunter, let’s go. With , a Harvard graduate dical doctor, by your side, I guarantee you’ll recover faster and better!"
Johan’s face lit up with joy as he and Connor flanked Harry like bodyguards out the door.
Their hospital had always wanted that machine, but the latest radiosurgery machine costs a whopping forty million! They couldn’t afford it!
The Wealth God finally decided to donate, so Johan had to take good care of him; he couldn’t afford to let the Wealth God fall even if it ant sacrificing himself!
However, once in Harry’s car, Johan realized sothing.
