Harry Hunter didn’t even spare him a glance, coldly saying, "Who allowed you to co? All of you, get out!"
Leon Hunter, with a stern face, responded coldly, "Is this how you treat your family elders? Not greeting a single person when they enter, and then trying to drive us out? This house belongs to the Hunter Family, if anyone should leave, it’s you!"
)
"This house doesn’t bear the surna Hunter, but May! This was my mother’s dowry, when did it beco the Hunter Family’s?"
Harry Hunter’s voice echoed throughout the living room, causing the Hunter Family mbers’ expressions to grow increasingly unpleasant.
This house did indeed co from the May Family. When his mother, Gemma May, got married, her dowry was the talk of the town. But by the ti she passed away, she no longer had any assets left in her na; it had all beco Leon Hunter’s.
So even though the villa was now under Leon Hunter’s na, whenever Harry Hunter ntioned "May," none of the Hunters would speak up.
Austin Winters, clearly not considered part of the Hunter Family, saw how bad the atmosphere was and imdiately tried to ease the tension, "Whoa, bro, don’t be mad just yet. Dad didn’t an anything by it, just hoped you’d show so respect to Grandpa and Grandma, that’s all!"
Harry Hunter swept his cold gaze over, there was a sharpness in his eyes as he looked at Austin Winters.
Austin seed oblivious, calling "Dad" and "Grandpa and Grandma" with more affection and fluency than Harry Hunter did. Compared to Harry, it was as if he were the real Hunter’s child.
"Bro, it looks like you’re living here alone, where’s my sister-in-law? Aren’t you two living together? Could it really be like Cherry Lewis said, that you married soone random just to annoy her?"
As soon as he said this, everyone’s attention imdiately turned to the topic.
The old lady’s expression improved a lot, "I won’t fuss about what happened before, Little Harry, if you don’t like Isabella Weaver, then get a divorce quickly. A wild girl with no manners, I’ve heard she’s an illegitimate child, how could she possibly match you?"
Ben Hunter originally believed that Harry Hunter got married just to deal with his forced marriage plan, and he didn’t have high hopes for Harry’s feelings for Isabella Weaver. To him, as long as Harry was willing to marry and give the Hunter Family descendants, that was enough.
Of course, if the marriage partner were from the Lewis Family, that would be even better, a strong alliance which would allow the Hunter Family to climb to a higher level in a short ti.
"Harry, marrying anyone is the sa, so why not choose Cherry Lewis? You two just had a small misunderstanding, she’s apologized and compromised, you should step back too!"
Leon Hunter had only recently discovered that the old man was in robust health, with no illness at all, leading to deep regret about forcing Harry into marriage!
If Harry hadn’t gotten married, the Star Region Group would still be under his father’s control. But now, he’s forced into retirent! Harry even arrogantly wants to kick him out of the Hunter house, making him live outside!
"Little Harry, you must get a divorce! Ever since getting married, you’ve beco more distant from the family. What kind of enchantnt has that girl cast on you? You’ve turned your back on your family for her, opposing everyone!"
Standing in the living room, under the cold light of the crystal chandelier, Harry’s face seed to be covered with a layer of frost.
He felt grateful for not bringing Isabella Weaver to the villa, or else she would have faced the Hunter Family’s confrontation!
This suffocating pressure is enough to break anyone without strong resilience!
He swore they weren’t saying the sa things when he said he wouldn’t get married!
