Isabella initially didn’t want to admit it, but after thinking about it, she found no harm in acknowledging this matter.
She nodded seriously: "Yes, I don’t want you to go to jail because of them. It’s not worth it, they’re not worth ruining your life over!"
She could roughly guess why Harry Hunter was targeting Christopher Weaver; he definitely had no personal vendetta against Christopher, everything he did was for her sake.
Harry Hunter was quite indifferent: "It won’t ruin my life, you’re underestimating your husband."
Isabella suddenly rembered sothing and asked him: "Wayne University was shut down, was that related to you?"
Harry Hunter: "A little bit."
"Just a little bit?"
"Alright, quite a lot."
"What about Boss Palr’s gallery? Why did it beco ruins?"
Harry Hunter said calmly: "Oh, I demolished it."
Isabella sat up abruptly: "What did he do wrong? He seed to have never bullied , right?"
She always felt Boss Palr was a good person!
"Not much, I just found him disagreeable."
Isabella didn’t know what to say!
It really was all done by him!
The club, the gallery, the school, the Weaver Family! And today that scene at the police station!
How is this possible?!
The first two might be achievable with money, but the latter three—their issues can hardly be solved with just money!
Wayne University and Christopher Weaver aren’t straw figures; they have their own forces behind them—how could they just be shut down, or disappear so easily!
That Minister Caron, obviously of high rank, was excessively courteous to Harry Hunter!
Isabella’s mind was increasingly realizing the power of this man before her, he was so unfathomable.
She spoke with a hint of raspiness: "Mr. Hunter, aren’t you going to introduce your identity? I know nothing other than your na now."
Harry Hunter sat up as well, reached out to smooth her slightly ssy long hair, and tucked it behind her ear, his voice still indifferent: "My identity, your husband, and the rest isn’t important."
"But I think it’s important!"
"Didn’t you ask anything when you got married?"
"That was just a temporary asure to escape a planned marriage!"
"So, you’re saying now you plan to be a real couple with ? Then co here, into my arms, let’s start!"
Blood surged in Isabella’s veins. She was usually calm and composed, but why did she always want to hit soone when she t Harry Hunter?
"I’m talking seriously, don’t change the subject."
Harry Hunter gently held Isabella’s hand, his fingers slowly moving in her palm: "Why? Did you marry for my money?"
"Of course not!"
"Then for power?"
"No!"
"Since it’s neither, my identity doesn’t affect our marriage."
How could it not affect?
Aren’t the effects big enough now?
She was simply a walking disaster machine, wherever she went, things closed down, whoever she t was unlucky!
Now even her biological father and stepmother disappeared, and the police didn’t dare to question him!
Oh, he even threatened the police station, tyrannically wanting to turn it into ruins too!
If she accidentally tripped over a stone in a few days, would he blow up the earth as well?
"You release Christopher Weaver and his wife, just punish them a little, I’m already very satisfied."
"Not enough."
"It doesn’t matter if you don’t tell your identity, this was originally just a mutually beneficial marriage."
Harry Hunter felt sothing was off: "Hmm?"
"Now that the cooperation has ended, let’s get divorced!"
Harry Hunter’s face darkened, and he forcefully clenched Isabella’s hand, saying adamantly: "I won’t allow it!"
