As expected, once the green gladiators saw their leader had fallen, they all instantly fell into disarray!
Sheng Shaochen, brandishing the Silver Spear, charged forth to face several gladiators alone. To say it was a duel was, in fact, an understatent; he drew all of their attacks to himself to secure opportunities for his comrades!
Amidst several screams, Red Team mbers, with Shaochen’s help, successfully ambushed and severed the legs of two more Green Gladiators!

“Are these gladiators insane, did they not wake up properly today?”
The audience in the stands could no longer bear to watch, for it seed they could already foresee the tragic end of the green gladiators. At this point, winning or losing money was no longer their primary concern.
What mattered most to them was the fact that a group of Red Team mbers, brought in as captives, were actually defeating their gladiators on their ho turf. To them, this was an utterly humiliating affair.
At that mont, two more screams echoed – the remaining two green gladiators were assassinated on the spot by the Red Team led by Sheng Shaochen!
“Oh~ We’ve won!” The Red Team mbers erupted into excitent, converging on Sheng Shaochen and hoisting him up above their heads, tossing him joyously into the air!
“Hmph, a bunch of fools who don’t know whether they’re coming or going!” President Bansai, infuriated, picked up a pistol, aiming it at Sheng Shaochen in the Duel Arena!
It was all that boy’s fault that he had lost so much money today. He couldn’t bring himself to feel at ease unless he killed him.
However, just as he took aim at Sheng Shaochen and was about to pull the trigger, a shadowy figure had already positioned itself in front of him!
It was the masked Saintess Tama. Although her facial expression could not be seen beneath her veil, her voice was so cold it was chilling, “President, I have said before, he is the person God requires, how dare you defy God’s will?”
President Bansai didn’t dare act rashly; after all, the Tama believers made up the majority in Bansai, and even though he held the ultimate power of life and death, he would not have an easy ti if he were to fall out with Saintess Tama.
So, with a cold snort, he rose to his feet and said, “Enjoy yourselves for one day. Tomorrow morning, all those hostages will be sent out of Bansai Base for release!”
After delivering his words, the President stood up and left, casting a disdainful glance at the Saintess and revealing a dirty sneer, “Don’t play those hostages to death…”
After the President’s departure, the mbers of Bansai Base wished they could capture Sheng Shaochen and beat him senseless, but suddenly a prolonged horn sound resonated, drawing their attention to the elevated position of Saintess Tama.
Saintess Tama slowly descended toward the Duel Arena, and the base mbers stepped aside, fearing to provoke the Saintess—evidence of how overbearing and fearso the Saintess Tama appeared to them on a regular basis.
Even the Red Team mbers, upon seeing the Saintess approaching in her black Witch Robe, had no choice but to put Sheng Shaochen down, barely daring to breathe.
Although their captivity had not been long, they were already well aware of the various atrocities of Saintess Tama; she was savage, chaotic, and utterly unpredictable!
Only Sheng Shaochen stood unfaltering on the spot, gazing with a king-like deanor at Saintess Tama, who was slowly approaching him, with not a trace of cowardice.
Saintess Tama extended her slender finger, gently touching the face of the man handso enough to unsettle her, and whispered softly, “Are you really not afraid of at all?”
