“Huh? Big Commander B?” Ye Shu sat up straight, pointing at Sheng Shuai with a laugh, “How co you’re here? Where’s Linlin?”
“Ou Linlin had to run off for an ergency, so she called to co look after you. She was afraid you’d be bullied. Lucky I arrived on ti, or you would’ve just been taken advantage of by that rainbow head.”
“Ah? That jerk Ou Linlin, how could she just leave here alone?” Ye Shu was quite drunk, her eyes charming, her pink cheeks even more attractive in the dim light, puffing out the scent of alcohol with each breath.
Sheng Shuai was so entranced that he understood why the family head liked her. Little Village Flower didn’t need to pretend; she radiated a supernatural beauty without trying.

“Hey, Little Village Flower, stop drinking. Ou Linlin is really unreliable. She knows you’re pregnant and still brought you to a place like this. Tomorrow, I’ll see how I’m going to deal with her!” Sheng Shuai said as he reached to snatch the glass from Ye Shu’s hand.
“Go away, Handso B, stop being such a killjoy, okay? Co on, drink with , will you?” Ye Shu giggled foolishly, raising her hand to signal the waiter to bring over more glasses.
“Hey hey hey, Little Village Flower, if you keep disregarding your well-being, I’ll call your family head, you know. If he finds out you’re drinking while pregnant, just wait and see how you’ll suffer,” Sheng Shuai threatened.
“Go ahead, make the call. I bet he won’t pick up. Right now, he’s busy accompanying his lifesaver at the hospital,” Ye Shu slurred, still airing alcohol with her open mouth.
“Oh, I wonder why you’re out here drunk as a skunk. So you’ve been neglected by your family head, huh? He’s still at the hospital even now?” Sheng Shuai said, picking up Ye Shu’s phone. “I’ll call him, let him co and take you ho.”
He opened the phone and imdiately found several missed calls, “Hey, Little Village Flower, he just called you several tis, and you didn’t even pick up.”
“Is that so?” Upon hearing this, Ye Shu swiftly snatched the phone and saw the missed calls, beating her chest and stamping her feet, “It’s all my fault, how could I get so confused by the drink, and not even hear his calls!”
Just as Ye Shu was about to call back, the phone rang by itself!
Without looking, Ye Shu slid the answer button and said, “Hello, hubby, are you coming back now?”
“Hello, may I ask if you are a family mber of Ye Zifeng? I am calling from Princeton University in New Jersey. Ye Zifeng hasn’t been to class for a week now. Can you reach him? The university is currently engaged in an academic research project, and he’s not present.”
“What? Zifeng hasn’t been to school for a week?” Ye Shu’s drunken haze was instantly dissipated by the shock, “Then may I ask if he left any clues at the school, like his whereabouts, or sothing he might have told a classmate?”
