After all, the person behind The Apothecary Hall is Miss Serena, and even Master Damian has to take her mood into account!

Seth instinctively refuted Chase Sherman’s words. "Although the boss behind The Apothecary Hall is mysterious and tough to deal with, with Master Damian’s intervention, what do we care about their backing? We’ll crush it all!"

Damian Quinn’s captivating peach blossom eyes were filled with helplessness and indulgence. The last ti they took The Apothecary Hall’s Thousand Spirit Ginseng, it made the little lady so upset that he wouldn’t dare offend her again.

Seeing Seth’s dumbfounded expression, Chase Sherman couldn’t hold back anymore and kindly revealed the truth.

After the initial shock, Seth Sterling imdiately saw Jocelyn in a new light. He originally thought she was just a pretty ordinary girl, but it turns out she is deeply skilled and secretive!

"The herbs you need will be delivered to you on ti."
Jocelyn hadn’t really intended to withhold the batch of herbs the Sterling Family requested. She just wanted to scare Seth a little. Now that he had admitted his mistake and pleaded, Jocelyn naturally wouldn’t press the matter any further.
"Thank you, sister-in-law!" Seth imdiately bead, shalessly snuggling closer, "Sister-in-law, from now on, I’ll stick with you. Any whispers around Master Damian, and I’ll tell you right away!"
With Master Damian so henpecked, aligning with her is promising!
Hearing this, Jocelyn found his tactfulness quite pleasing and gave him a smile.
Damian’s eyes darkened instantly, finding Seth particularly annoying. He reached out to pull Seth away, his cold, sharp gaze piercing him like an ice blade.

"Tsk!" Seth clicked his tongue, "Master Damian, look at you being so petty, is it necessary to be this protective..."
Before he could finish, Damian shot another chilling glance his way, scaring Seth into shutting up imdiately.

After reading the ssage, Jocelyn put away her phone and glanced at his hand tightly clasped around her wrist, signaling him to let go.

Damian reluctantly released the little lady’s hand, his captivating peach blossom eyes warmly focused on her, his deep and magnetic voice imbued with a captivating allure.
