Chapter 933: Chapter 933: The Frustrated Illusion Attribute

Tianlei Mountain, Crane Valley.

This Thunder Magic course, Teacher Wuting required a task of bringing down forty Cloud Piercing Cranes.

The workload was doubled from the previous lesson, causing everyone to feel the pressure mounting, and they faintly sensed that the path of magic practice in the future would beco increasingly arduous.

Bringing down forty Cloud Piercing Cranes was not an easy task. As everyone practiced over and over, dusk gradually fell.

In the dark of night, visibility was compromised, resulting in decreased accuracy of unleashing Dingze Thunder, extending the intervals between bringing down each Cloud Piercing Crane.

Fortunately, most of the task was completed before night fell, so the pressure wasn’t too overwhelming.

Under the dim moonlight and starlight, after practicing separately for about three hours, they finally completed the task of bringing down forty Cloud Piercing Cranes.

The ti taken by several students didn’t differ by much, with the high-level magic teachers being sowhat quicker, and Qin Sisi closely following behind them.

After dispatching the students who had completed the task, Wuting returned to the Perak Stone to check on those students who had yet to activate their Thunder Attributes.

It was already the fourth round of studies. Wuting sternly criticized them and demanded they stay close to the Perak Stone to be struck by lightning until they activated their attribute, even if it ant staying until dawn.

Whether it was Wuting’s scolding that worked or because they had indeed been struck by lightning enough over the past two months, soon after Wuting arrived at Perak Stone, Xiao ng, Wen Xuan, and Chu Ming unexpectedly all activated their Thunder Attributes at nearly the sa ti.

Seeing these three students finally succeed in activating their Thunder Attributes made Wuting very happy, as in the next class, all nine students could study Thunder Attribute Magic skills.

However, these three had quite a gap to close compared to their classmates and needed to take extra lessons on their days off.

After discussing the timing for the supplentary lessons, Wuting let them go.

The busy and toilso day finally ca to a complete end.

That night, Teacher Yusha, who had been in secluded practice, also erged, and her Illusion Technique course would be the next day.

In the morning, she heard that during the previous Wind Magic and Thunder Magic classes, everyone had already activated those two variation attributes, which left her feeling sowhat disheartened—so far, only three students had activated their Illusion Attributes, and six had not even reached the entry level!

Nevertheless, the students’ progress was good news after all, and Yusha held great expectations for the upcoming lessons.

The final results gave her a bit of joy, but her predominant feeling was still disappointnt.

Li Li, Ya Ling, and An Yun, who had activated their Illusion Attributes, were taught Illusion Technique Magic skills by Yusha and practiced on the outdoor practice field.

The remaining six stayed in the classroom, waging a ntal battle with the Illusion place created by the Second Order Illusory Colored Dream Pigeon.

It was called a ntal battle because Yusha’s Illusory Colored Dream Pigeon only created illusions subconsciously, without any malice toward the students.

Had they faced an Illusion Master with lethal intent, they wouldn’t know how many tis they’d died.

Yusha was pleased that after a day of practicing Illusion Techniques, the high-level magic teacher Qing Pu successfully activated the Illusion Attribute within and gained resistance to illusion techniques.

As for the Magic skill of Illusion Technique, that would require gradual practice in the future.

Now for Qing Pu, no matter how the eyes of the Second Order Illusory Colored Dream Pigeon changed, his consciousness would no longer be affected.

Since his Magic Level was Third Level, illusions generated by soone or Demonic Beasts of a lower level than him would not affect him.

What frustrated Yusha was that the other five still hadn’t activated.

This was the fourth lesson already, and there were only ten lessons in a term. After the next lesson, half the term would be over, and she hadn’t started the actual teaching yet—how could she not be anxious?

Yusha wasn’t the only one feeling uneasy—Qin Sisi and the other four were also troubled and anxious.

Having experienced countless illusions from the Illusory Colored Dream Pigeon, why couldn’t they activate theirs? Was it because their talent for Illusion Technique was too poor?

This question remained unanswered for the ti being. They could only collect themselves and leave Tianhuan Mountain, hoping for better luck in the next lesson.

The upcoming Ice Magic course also left Qin Sisi feeling sowhat desperate.

The normal task load for the previous course was twenty tis—to construct a defensive Freezing Wall using Ice Attribute Magic Force and then shatter it using the offensive skill All-around Snowflakes.

The combined practice of both skills required more effort, making the course inherently more difficult.

Last course, Qin Sisi had a task load four tis the norm, needing to complete eighty tis. Despite her utmost efforts, without sleep or rest, she only managed forty tis—a half-load.

For this course, the task load was forty tis, plus the forty tis she didn’t complete previously, totaling again to eighty.

Qin Sisi knew she probably couldn’t complete it; in half a month’s ti, her strength was unlikely to have doubled.

Luckily, Ge Lanxue preemptively alleviated her worry, telling her to do her best; the incomplete portion could be deferred to the next course. However, this was the last lenience she’d be allowed—next ti, she had to complete the entire task load.

Ge Lanxue’s final tone was severe, but Qin Sisi was already grateful inside, at least she had one more chance.

Ya Ling, hearing their conversation, bit her lip and endured, not saying a word.

During the last day off, she had seen her father Ge Lun, who gave her two Magic Crystal Stones—one Water Attribute and one Fire Attribute—as well as an Ice Spirit Pill to enhance her Ice Magic Force.

Her father told her not to argue with the teachers over Qin Sisi anymore. After all, Qin Sisi was soone Ye You arranged to be there, and the teachers always had to give so face.

But in the end, both in Heavenly Magic God’s Castle and in Demon Sacred Realm, might makes right.

As long as Ya Ling herself was powerful and perford excellently, outshining Qin Sisi in Magic Level, the teachers would naturally look at her with new respect and disregard Qin Sisi like a worn-out shoe.

Heeding her father’s teaching, Ya Ling sowhat reined in her aggressive nature. Seeing the teachers’ care for Qin Sisi, even if she felt uncomfortable, she bore it.

Thinking that as long as she far surpassed Qin Sisi in strength, the teachers would realize their error, and she should be the one they cherished and cared for.

Having absorbed the Spiritual Power from the Third Level Magic Crystal Stones, Ya Ling’s Water Attribute and Fire Attribute Magic Powers both greatly improved, making her performance in class stand out.

The Ice Spirit Pill, which was a Third Level Pill, matched her level and was the best pill she could use at the ti.

Her intrinsic attribute was the Ice Attribute, and after taking the pill, the Ice Attribute Magic Power within her beca even more abundant and exuberant.

At this mont, Ya Ling was ambitious, determined to shine in this Ice Magic course.
