Chapter 412: Chapter 412 Lan Di’s New Love_1
Qin Sisi spoke gently, "You can tell . As long as I can do it."
Shu Wanyi thought for a mont and then spoke softly, "There is an old saying in our country ’let the dead rest in peace’. I don’t want my remains to be abandoned here. Could you help
build a grave, so that I can rest in peace?"
This request was reasonable.
Qin Sisi nodded and replied loudly, "Okay, I promise you."
A look of happiness appeared on Shu Wanyi’s face, gracefully thanking, "Thank you, Mage."
"Can we leave now?" Shu Wanyi was wise and courteous and Qin Sisi was naturally polite in response.
Shu Wanyi nodded, "Now we can go, just follow your arrangent, Mage."
Qin Sisi looked at Ye You, who lifted his claws and gently clasped in Shu Wanyi’s direction, collecting her ghost into his Portable Space.
Then, Qin Sisi pointed to the bones under the floor and said to Ye You with so hesitation, "This one, we also have to take it away. Don’t worry, I will bury her as soon as possible. I won’t let you store her for too long."
Qin Sisi was worried that Ye You would be reluctant, after all, no one would like to carry a corpse with them.
To her surprise, Ye You easily said, "No problem. We promised to let her rest in peace, we have to do it."
After saying that, Ye You stretched out his claws toward the bones in the silk nightgown, and they disappeared without a trace.
Then, Ye You restored the few wooden floorboards that had been pried open. Now, this place is a cultural relic. It is likely that it is regularly inspected, so it’s best not to leave any traces.
After doing all of these, Qin Sisi, holding Ye You, walked down the stairs and left the building, rembering to re-lock the iron lock on the front door.
The Invisible Bubble had lost its effect, so Ye You used his magic to form a red sphere and carried Qin Sisi back ho.
Once at ho, Qin Sisi imdiately put down Pencil and paper, took note of Ah Tian’s date of birth as told by Shu Wanyi, waiting to pass it to Lan Di for investigation.
Checking the ti, it was almost four o’clock in the morning. Qin Sisi shook her head helplessly, it seed that she could only summon Lan Di the next night.
After washing up, Qin Sisi rushed to bed with Ye You, planning to regain her energy to find a grave for Shu Wanyi the next day.
The next morning, after Qin Sisi had breakfast, she discussed with Ye You about burying Shu Wanyi.
After much thought, Qin Sisi could not bear the thought of indiscriminately burying Shu Wanyi’s remains in the wilderness. Now that she had money, she decided to buy a burial plot for her in a cetery.
Qin Sisi searched online for several phone numbers. After making so calls, she was told that nobody was working during the New Year’s holidays and the offices would reopen the day after. So, she was advised to visit the next day.
Qin Sisi could but wait for another day, spending the rest of the ti practicing magic.
At night, she saw the ti was almost right, then she took out a pack of yellow paper from the cupboard, brought it to the northwest corner of the room, and set it alight with Fire magic.
The red and yellow flas flickered. As the black ash drifted around, a faint blue smoke appeared from beneath the floor.
To Qin Sisi’s surprise, as the smoke cleared, two figures appeared, clinging to each other.
The familiar figure with blue hair, blue skin, blue clothes, and blue shoes was naturally Lan Di. But the beauty clinging to Lan Di was a stranger to Qin Sisi.
This was a stylish beauty, quite different from Pei Pei. Her golden curly hair fell gracefully onto her chest. She was wearing a black sleeveless tight top, with short shorts, revealing her trim waist, attractive navel, and long straight legs.
The stylish beauty gave Qin Sisi a vague glance, then continued to cling to Lan Di’s arm, almost sticking to his body.
Qin Sisi furrowed her eyebrows and looked at Lan Di sowhat displeased.
Yet, Lan Di, undaunted, held the waist of the stylish woman and smiled at Qin Sisi, "Sisi, long ti no see!"
Qin Sisi nodded in a perfunctory manner, turned and went to the table to pick up the note with Ah Tian’s birth data. She handed it to Lan Di and said, "Help
check the current situation of this person."
Lan Di took the note, seemingly realizing Qin Sisi was displeased. So, he chuckled, "Sisi, do you think my girlfriend is beautiful?"
Qin Sisi’s brows furrowed further, "Your girlfriend? What about Pei Pei?"
Lan Di looked surprised and replied, "Her? She’s just my sidekick. I never said she was my girlfriend."
Qin Sisi was taken aback and couldn’t find a response. On thinking it over, she realized Lan Di had indeed never referred to Pei Pei as his girlfriend.
Qin Sisi sighed. She was a little disappointed, "Forget it, I am not interested in your personal affairs. Just look into mine and let
know soon."
Lan Di, accustod to his unruly ways, did not mind Qin Sisi’s attitude. He nodded, "OK, wait for my good news!"
Having said that, Lan Di and the stylish beauty drifted away, with no one noticing a pair of eyes, filled with despair and pain, flickering in the window.
Qin Sisi did not notice any abnormalities in the window, only Ye You’s purple eyes glanced nonchalantly in the direction of the window but he didn’t say anything.
When Lan Di left, Qin Sisi turned to Ye You and sighed sowhat regretfully, "I feel a little sorry for Pei Pei."
Pei Pei’s affection for Lan Di was so evident and passionate, but in Lan Di’s eyes, she was rely an optional sidekick.
That’s why when Pei Pei insisted on holding Lan Di’s hand before, Lan Di was so impatient because in his heart, she wasn’t important.
Ye You looked at Qin Sisi and softly said, "Everyone has their own infatuations that we can’t control. Let them be."
Qin Sisi nodded reluctantly. One can’t force feelings. Lan Di simply did not like Pei Pei. Even Pei Pei herself couldn’t do anything about that, let alone them.
Qin Sisi sighed, unsure what Pei Pei would do in the future.
The next day was the sixth day of the Lunar New Year. Qin Sisi got up early, had breakfast, and brought Ye You to the cetery they had called the day before.
The manager was very enthusiastic, walking Qin Sisi around the cetery and introducing its affordable prices, quiet environnt, and excellent services.
Qin Sisi felt it was satisfactory and did not want to waste more ti shopping around. Thus, she decided to buy a plot for 50,000 yuan and custom-ordered a tombstone.
Since Shu Wanyi had no living relatives, there was no need to write too much on the tombstone, so Qin Sisi opted for the words "Tomb of Shu Wanyi".
Then, declining the manager’s offer for burial services, Qin Sisi, with the help of Ye You, interred Shu Wanyi’s remains and thus fulfilled her wish for a peaceful rest.
