Xiao ng pulled Qin Sisi into Hong Fu Tang, where a young servant greeted them with a smile. He was montarily stunned upon seeing Xiao ng, and then his face lit up with joy: "Third Miss, you are back! Are you on holiday?"

His smile, which was sincerely delighted, differed completely from the polite one he had initially.

Xiao ng nodded and replied with a smile, "Yes, Xiao Qingzi, is Uncle Lin around?"

"Yes, he is. I’ll call him for you." Xiao Qingzi said attentively before quickly heading to the door leading to the inner courtyard and calling out loudly for "Uncle Lin."

A man with a goatee erged swiftly from an inner room. He looked to be in his forties, of average height, slim, and very dark-skinned.

This person was Lin Zhong, also known as Uncle Lin, the owner of Hong Fu Tang. He had a good relationship with Xiao ng’s father, Chief Cangzuo, hence he was also well-acquainted with Xiao ng.

"Hey, Xiao ng is back!" Uncle Lin greeted her cheerfully.

Smiling sweetly, Xiao ng said, "Yes, Uncle Lin, I’m on holiday."

Lin Zhong started his classic questioning, "Did you study well at Heavenly Magic God’s Castle? How were your final assessnts?"

Xiao ng touched the back of her head, chuckling "hehe," and replied, "Not too bad, I guess!"

Lin Zhong went on to ask several more questions. Xiao ng patiently answered each one before quickly pushing Qin Sisi in front of him, while the next question was still unasked, and crisply introduced her, "Uncle Lin, this is Qin Sisi, my classmate."

"Oh, Ms. Qin." Lin Zhong greeted Qin Sisi politely.

Qin Sisi imitated Xiao ng and called out "Uncle Lin."

Uncle Lin nodded in acknowledgnt, and Xiao ng continued, "Uncle Lin, it’s like this. Sister Sisi ca here to find a friend."

"Who is she looking for?" Lin Zhong was puzzled, unable to think of anyone in his shop who might be friends with this unfamiliar young lady.

Qin Sisi and Xiao ng exchanged glances, and with a very soft voice, Qin Sisi said, "Mr. Hei Qin."

Lin Zhong’s realization dawned, and his expression beca sowhat solemn. He looked around before leading Qin Sisi and Xiao ng into the store’s inner courtyard, whispering, "Mr. Hei Qin has gone to the mountains to gather Spirit Grass. I don’t know when he will be back, but he did instruct that if anyone was looking for him, they should wait in his room."

Qin Sisi felt a bit disappointed, but there wasn’t much she could do, so she agreed to wait there for Mr. Hei Qin to return.

Xiao ng curiously asked, "Uncle Lin, who is this Mr. Hei Qin?"

Lin Zhong replied in a low voice, "He is an Alchemist, Level Three, but I have a feeling he’s close to reaching Level Four."

Xiao ng’s eyes flickered as she pressed on, "Does he have any particularities?"

Yun Wang and Yun Cheng had sent them to find Mr. Hei Qin, saying he would lead Qin Sisi to Ye You, but Xiao ng had never heard of such a person in Biyun City, thus she felt sowhat unsettled.

Lin Zhong hesitated before saying, "His biggest particularity is that he appears and disappears unpredictably, so I don’t really know the specifics about him either."

Xiao ng pursed her lips skeptically, "Uncle Lin, you don’t know anything about him, so why dare you let him stay here?"

Lin Zhong chuckled and retorted, "His elixirs are of high quality and sold at fair prices. Why would I turn away such a good business partner?"

Although the ride on the flying device was stable, it was a journey after all, and she had not rested properly on it. Now, she finally started to feel drowsy.

She decided to lock the door and went to bed to rest. She had just fallen asleep for a short while when she was awoken by a "knock knock knock" at the door.

Qin Sisi was initially annoyed, but then she quickly thought it might be Mr. Hei Qin returning, so she hurriedly went to open the door.

Standing outside was a stranger with a tall stature and a slightly stout build, a round pie-face, eyes squinting into slits, two little mustaches above his lips, and his robust body wrapped in a loose black robe.

Seeing Qin Sisi open the door, the man imdiately stared intensely at her.

"Sir, may I ask who you’re looking for?" Qin Sisi asked when the visitor remained silent.

Xiao Huzi still didn’t speak and suddenly took a step forward, startling Qin Sisi, who instinctively stepped back.

Seizing the mont, Xiao Huzi stepped into room and quickly locked the door behind him.

Qin Sisi realized sothing was not right, and demanded sternly, "Who are you? Get out right now."

Xiao Huzi chuckled softly, his eyes becoming lecherous as he said lightly, "What a lovely young lady. Aren’t you in my room waiting for ?"

As he spoke, he even dared to lift his hand towards Qin Sisi’s chin.

Qin Sisi slapped his hand away and continued to retreat, but her heart sank as she couldn’t discern the stranger’s Magic Level; her Divine Sense detected his aura as chaotic, with no discernible color.

He claid this was his room, but Lin Zhong had said the next room was Hei Qin’s. If soone really lived here, why did he bring her to this place?

However, she had no ti to think anymore, as Xiao Huzi didn’t seem to be deterred by her slap and kept approaching her.

Qin Sisi’s back was already against the wall with no way to retreat as Xiao Huzi kept advancing, a malicious smile on his lips.

Her gaze darkened, she flipped her hand, and swiftly called upon her Fire Attribute Magic Power. She conjured several blazing Fireballs with the Fireball Technique and hurled them at Xiao Huzi.

But Xiao Huzi remained unflustered. With a gentle sweep of his arms in front of him and an apparently casual flick of his fingers, streams of water accurately sprayed towards Qin Sisi’s incoming Fireballs, swiftly extinguishing them.
