Chapter 15
After there eting Oliver told the two that an ergency situation appeared back in HQ . The two were finally alone and started walking towards Rachel’s house . Unlike last ti Alex had no reason to walk a ter behind Rachel, he was now walking side by side . While the two were walking, a bunch of people kept on staring at the two who look like they ca out of a painting . The two had an elegant and noble feel to them which entranced others as they walk down the sidewalk .
Throughout the whole walk neither Alex nor Rachel talked, they just walked silently headed towards Rachel’s house . Before the two reached Rachel’s house three guys appeared in front of them . The three were not overly muscular but they definitely look like they had rock hard abs . The three were wearing Gi’s and written on that pure white robe of theirs was one character from the writing system of a different country written ULTIMATE . The three look to be a bit older than Rachel and Alex .
Blue eyes like sapphire, shiny black hair, and even their bone structure closely resembled each other, with these observations anyone could deduce that they were related .
Alex noticed that the three had surrounded them, Rachel looked like she wanted to say sothing but before she could speak one of the three attacked Alex . It was a fast and clean kick aiming for Alex’s solar plexus, Alex easily evaded this attack with a sidestep . Once Alex successfully sidestepped another one of the three already released a punch aiming for his head, Alex quickly ducked but this ti the last of the three did a low sweeping kick, Alex could only dodge awkwardly by jumping . The coordination of the three was superb, Alex wanted to see their limits if this was a normal match . . . But it wasn’t, he was doing a mission so he needs to quickly and efficiently remove the threat .
Alex charged forward, the three surprised by the sudden charge quickly went into a defensive stance . The one in front did a forward punch, Alex evaded by spinning his body and using the montum from the evasive spin did a spinning kick hitting the man squarely at his solar plexus . The man who was kicked flew a few ters away, fainting in the process .
Another one of the three attackers kicked Alex as he was trying to regain his balance from doing the spinning kicking . Seeing the incoming kick aiming precisely at his chin Alex who was in a bad position followed the flow of the kick using his hands and did a handstand using the opponents leg as a platform . This one move showed Alex’s amazing fighting ability . While in the handstand position Alex defying the laws of physics did a sorsault kick aiming at the opponents head . The opponent seeing the impending kick about to reach his head blocked with both arms, but even with blocking succesfully that the kick was so strong he fainted on the spot .
There was only one of the attackers left, Alex was ready to restrain the final one for so tortu . . . Questioning . The last attacker looked at Alex warily, the guy in front of him actually beaten his brothers in a matter of seconds . Since they were all of the sa skill level the attacker already knew what the outco of the fight will be, Still he was a martial artist and he had his pride as well .
Yet before Alex could finish the last attacker, Rachel stood between them . Alex wanted to imdiately retrieve her before she got hurt but before he could do anything he was stopped by what Rachel said .
"Enough already Big Brother Joseph, you’re no match for this guy . " It turns out the people in front of Alex were Rachel’s siblings .
Joseph the finally brother left standing didn’t ease up his stance as he responded to his sister . "How can you even determine that my dear little sister, without even trying?"
"Isn’t it obvious? Big Brother Joseph, Big Bro Roland, and Bro Bro Gabby are at almost the sa level, if the other two lost isn’t it obvious you would too? Still why the hell is Big Brother Joseph and the others suddenly attacking anyway?!"
"Well since this is the first ti I saw my cute little sister walking beside soone of the opposite gender, and not only that actually bringing him ho with her . I wanted to test if this guy was worthy of you . " Hearing her brother’s explanation and knowing their personalities Rachel could only sigh as she facepald .
"So what do you think? Is he worthy?"
"Well strength wise he is already pretty good, his looks are okay as well, but we’re still unsure of his intelligence and family background . " Hearing Joseph’s answer Rachel shrugged her shoulders .
"His actually smarter than , if you’ve seen him in class you’ll notice that he is even smarter than the teachers . " When Joseph heard this he approached Alex and hugged him while patting his back .
"Welco! Welco to our family brother-in-law! So what’s your na brother-in-law?" Perplexed by Joseph’s sudden actions and words, Alex responded confused at the whole situation .
"I’m called Alexander nice to et you . . . Joseph right?"
"Hahaha no need to be so formal just call brother . " Alex tilted his head ’brother?’
"Big Brother stop it! Alex and I are not in that kind of relationship!" ’Not yet anyway . ’ "Alex is simply a friend . " ’For now . ’ Rachel didn’t complete her sentences and just said half truths .
"What!? You better tie him down now while you can . . . You might not find anyone better . . . "
"Why are you selling your beloved sister so easily! Also who said I can’t get any guys?! You do know I’m pretty popular!" Ignoring Rachel’s screaming, Joseph gestured Alex to follow him .
"Hey brother-in-law how about you join us for dinner?"
Irritated by her brother changing topics Rachel pouted . "Like I said don’t call him brother-in-law we’re just friends alright! But yeah since you’re here Alex, why don’t you join us for dinner . "
Alex was bewildered by the siblings interaction and dazedly nodded his head . Alex then texted his dad, ’Eating dinner at the target’s house . ’
When Carlo received Alex’s ssage he was stunned for a few minutes then started crying . "My son who had no common sense is now at the house of a girl! He’s already eting the family of this girl! I was right in giving him that kind of mission . Now if only he actually falls in love with the girl I can finally rest easy . "
