Chapter 127
Tetsuo was now a lifeless husk of his forr self . He couldn’t understand what went wrong . He was suppose to be the son of one of the most powerful person in the underworld . Yet he was now being treated like a common criminal, like so common thug you can find anywhere .
All of these happened simply because of the boy standing right in front of him . Who was he? How co the Kain’s needed to please him? Tetsuo didn’t know nor will he have the chance to know, the answer to those questions . The mont that he was leaving in the police car might’ve been the longest mont in his life .
As the despair and regret he felt slowly sinks in . It was too late, there can never be a second chance in this . There was no dicine for regret, if there was then maybe Tetsuo would gain a bit of hope .

As the police cars slowly fade into the distance, the Gaming Club mbers were still in a state of shock and confusion . They didn’t understand what had happened . Everything that just happened seem more like a short film of sorts, as it didn’t feel real .
It was at the mont when everything turned quiet when Emily suddenly spoke in a loud voice . "Co on guys! Quickly if we run now we can still barely make it!"
"Umm" When Kim Suho was about to say sothing Emily simply glared at him which shut him up .
The Gaming Club mbers didn’t want to argue with Emily, since they saw what she can do . Also they did owe her a favor, for winning the tournant and also helping them out in the recent fight . But the mbers of the rcenary Club were another thing altogether .
"Sorry Emily, I still have sothing else to do . Any other day I would gladly accompany a charming lady such as yourself, but I truly can’t today . " Niel was the first to speak, which was like a signal for the others .
"Sorry Emi, I got to go ho as well . My dad needs to do so errands . " This ti it was Sayaka who spoke and sounded genuinely disappointed . Unlike the rest of the group she truly wanted to try cosplaying . If she could she wanted to ditch these so called errands .
"I’m sorry I need to go ho too . My irritating excuse for a father wants to go ho, and for so reason like everything else he does he doesn’t want to explain why . "
"Comrade Emily I as well cannot attend your cosplay session . I have an urgent mission I need to finish . Ti is of the essence . " Oliver who got a ssage from his Master Ken a few minutes ago, was asked to et him imdiately . The ssage sounded urgent, and he didn’t notice it until the fight was over . So after telling his excuse, and without waiting for anyone else to speak Oliver left .
Emily looked at the group of people with a weird mixed expression of anger and sorrow .
’How could this happen? I planned for everything, didn’t I? I even got Alex to agree to a deal I thought he would deny, and this is how it ended up? No! I can still do it! As long as I could see Alex cosplay I will still be sohow satisfied . ’
While Emily was having a ntal debate with herself, Alex spoke to her . "Emily I need to accompany Rachel ho . So I guess we should reschedule this for a later date . "
Emily who heard what Alex said looked at him with eyes of desperation and extre sorrow . When her hope finally rekindled it was imdiately burnt out! She was so happy to have won, and was able to make Alex and the others agree to her cosplay idea . Yet now all of them, even Alex was backing out .
What she was left with were the scared Gaming Club mbers plus Kei . At this very mont Emily was refusing to acknowledge this outco, and like an angel Rachel said so magical words .
"It’s alright Alex, go with Emily . I can go ho by myself or do you think I can’t do that without you? For your information I have been going ho by myself for years and I never needed you back then . "
Rachel looked at Alex with a glare . Alex who heard what Rachel said was in quite a conundrum . He needed to protect Rachel and for him to do that properly, he needed to make sure that she got ho safely . Yet it was also part of the mission not to make Rachel uncomfortable or make her hate him . So no matter what he does, he would still fail the mission .
Alex couldn’t respond imdiately and was still thinking of what to say . "Do not worry Alex, I will accompany Rachel back ho . It is on the way to where I’m going . "
When Alex heard what Niel said he felt a bit relieved . Niel who he thought was a slightly more athletic student than others was actually really good at fighting, as evidence by what he did earlier . So he felt a bit of relief to hear him say that he would accompany Rachel ho . Alex also had the surveillance team keeping an eye on things, so if anything happens they would call him . So he guess it was alright to go with Emily for now .
"Rachel I hope you get ho safely . Thank you Niel . " Niel responded with a slight nod of his head . Rachel on the other hand blushed .
"You worry too much about , you big idiot . "
"Okay then thank you for everyones help and input . So can we go now!" Emily didn’t wait for the other to say goodbye as she dragged Alex away . The Gaming Club and Kei didn’t even had ti to say anything before Emily signaled them to follow quickly .

When Emily’s group finally reached the shop, the sign she saw devastated Emily to her core . She knelt on the ground as her eyes emotionlessly looked at the sign that hang on the shop’s door . The most horrifying words were written on that sign . The words were
"Sorry we’re closed . "
