"Why would you leave on the side of the road?" Upon hearing that she might be left behind, Zhang Lingying’s alertness kicked in as she lifted her head and gave Leng Jian a few wary glances, seemingly unsure if he was joking. Tilting her head in thought, she mumbled a reply.
"I can’t rember where I live, but I can go ho with you and stay at your place. After all, my dad has passed away, and I’d be alone at ho anyway."
