Looking once more at Qin Nanyu, it was evident he was also taken aback. Just as Weitian was about to explain, she heard him speak.

"Good, wait for my call."

Ji Weitian: "???"

Was he really planning to go back and pick a date? Ji Weitian was stunned.

Even after Qin Nanyu had left, Ji Weitian remained in the sa position she was in before he departed, blankly leaning against the door, watching the direction in which he left...

-

Downstairs of the apartnt building.

Qin Nanyu had just stepped out of the elevator when he received a call from his assistant.

"Boss, there’s new content on the hacker network. Leng has released a program that’s been hanging online for half a day now, and so far, no one has been able to break it."

"New?" Qin Nanyu’s dark eyes narrowed as he asked coldly.

He had a hunch.

Finding his car near the apartnt, he went straight back to the company.

His assistant was already waiting for him in the office and handed Qin Nanyu the laptop upon his arrival.

Qin Nanyu glanced at the new program on the computer screen, a smile tugging at the corner of his mouth, "It’s part of the sa series as the last one, just an upgraded version."

"No wonder it’s been hanging there so long without being broken, what’s Leng trying to do? Provoke the heroes through combat?" the assistant muttered to the side.

Qin Nanyu didn’t speak; instead, he took the computer to the guest sofa and sat down to start deciphering.

After about ten minutes, a dark glint suddenly flashed across his eyes, "What a clever trap."

The assistant curiously stood behind him and, hearing this, stretched his neck to look at Qin Nanyu’s computer screen, but after a long look, he couldn’t understand the situation.

"Boss, can a trap be clever?"

"The other party isn’t simply testing our strength. They’re scheming against us, making us work for free."

Qin Nanyu seed to be in a good mood today, unusually not glaring at his assistant.

Instead, he turned his laptop around, pointing at the data on the screen.

"This set of data is progressively related to the small program I deciphered last ti. They are connected. The designer of this program is inducing to complete his designated target based on his design. Once I decipher the program, he will be able to obtain the steps of the decryption at the sa ti, setting a new trap for ."

If he couldn’t see through this trap, even if he succeeded in breaking it, he would probably be considered to have failed the challenge.

The other party put a lot of effort into testing his capabilities.

Qin Nanyu’s eyes beca filled with interest.

He didn’t continue to decipher the program but asked his assistant to bring him a piece of white paper and a pen, and started to record the data on it.

It wasn’t until he deduced the decryption steps of the program step by step on the white paper and found the pattern that he finally showed a knowing smile.

Using the answer he had deduced, he reset a new level.

He had the assistant post it.

"Boss, Leng wants the answer, if we send him a question, will he care?" the assistant asked, unconvinced.

"The one behind this small program is not Leng." Qin Nanyu stated confidently.

This person is ticulous, yet not without a sense of humor.

Quite different from Leng’s style.

He was very curious about what sort of person it could be.

Qin Nanyu closed the laptop and took a sip from the water glass in front of him, then turned to ask his assistant, recalling sothing.

"Are there any good days coming up?"

"What’s it for?" the assistant asked without much thought, as he was used to helping Qin Nanyu arrange his schedule and checking for auspicious days.

Qin Nanyu lowered his gaze and pondered seriously, his thin lips parting slightly, "A day suitable for two people to have dinner alone."

Assistant: "..."
