Amid her exclamations, he lifted the hem of her shirt to inspect the injury on her waist.
His voice was deep as he asked, "How do you feel? Should we go to the hospital?"

Ji Weitian’s mouth was slightly agape, speechless for a mont.

Ji Weitian looked toward the bathroom, where the door was still open, and she could see the "corpse" of the towel lying on the floor.
Qin Nanyu followed her gaze, seeing the sa thing.
It was just a false alarm.
He paused, lowering his head to look at his right hand.
His well-defined fingers, still holding the hem of her clothes...
