He lowered his head to find his phone in his pocket and made a call to his assistant.
Turning around to say sothing to Ji Weitian, he found that she had already left.

Qin Nanyu raised his hand to his brow, feeling a bit of pain in his arm.
Looking down, he discovered a clear bite mark on his forearm.
Judging by the size of the teeth and the depth of the bite mark, it was mostly likely done by Ji Weitian.
There was even blood.
He also felt pain in his lips, as if his teeth had knocked against them.
There was no mirror here, and Qin Nanyu was not sure if he had any wounds on his face.
Had this woman abused him while he was asleep?
Was she seeking revenge, or had he done sothing to her...
Qin Nanyu thought of the previous second, her urgency in clearing their ties, and irritably adjusted his tie.
The assistant, having received the call, quickly returned.
In fact, the assistant hadn’t dared to really leave; he had just run from the upper part of the lab building to the lower part and slept in the car for the night.
