Xu Cheng asked Luo Yi to stay behind; Luo Yi saw that Xu Cheng had sothing to say to him and asked, “Big Brother Cheng, what is it?”
Xu Cheng said, “There is sothing that I need you to do back in Huaxia.”
Luo Yi nodded. “What do you need to do?”
Xu Cheng: “To purchase a satellite from the National Space Administration.”
Luo Yi’s pupils contracted.
Xu Cheng continued, “The reason the CIA has intelligence all over the world is because they use satellites and then send out signals to their agents all over the world. Look at how the Land of rcenaries doesn’t even have stable cellphone connection. We won’t talk about deploying a global intelligence system just yet, but we do need to have total control of the Land of rcenaries. Otherwise, stuff like how we don’t even know how many tanks the M Nation Blackwater Army sent in will happen again. We need to have our own military satellite as soon as possible. With the satellites, we could at least take full control of this country, and it will be very helpful in controlling the situation later; at least there won’t be any blind spots.”
Luo Yi nodded his head.
“Big Brother Cheng, I am worried if the country will even be willing to offer to sell it to us.”
“What’s there to be reluctant about? It’s not a secret nor illegal for developing countries to purchase satellites. As long as the deal is profitable, they will take your order. As for how much money it will cost, you’ll have to talk it out. Little Dong is in Huaxia and he’ll approve the funds.”
Luo Yi nodded. “Alright, then I will leave imdiately.”
Xu Cheng nodded. “Rember to keep it low-key.”
“Understood.” Luo Yi nodded and left the conference room.

Xu Cheng stood on a hill overlooking their temporary basecamp. The equipnt was very militarized, and it didn’t look like what Blackwater owned before, but more like the M Nation Army’s property.
Outside the barracks, there were five tanks surrounding the barracks driving back and forth. Anyone, even from a distance, would be blown to pieces by the tanks if they tried to break through this layer of defenses. In addition to the tanks, there were around twenty soldiers on patrol outside the barracks, and it was clear that they were sowhat more alert than before because of the previous attacks.
He put down the binoculars, and Benjamin, who was beside him, said, “Boss, they are slowly getting more ard n, the entire basecamp previously had less than twenty units, but now they have doubled in size. I’m afraid that the entire troop may have more than a hundred ard n.”
Xu Cheng looked at the ti. “You head back first and tell Chekhov that he can leave in half an hour. Bring enough vehicles and be prepared to take back the arms and weapons here. Tell him to bring more n with him as I’m afraid one trip wouldn’t be enough if he brings too little.”
Benjamin had so doubt of Xu Cheng’s words.
But he did not disobey him. “Yes, I’ll be heading back then.”

Benjamin never had an idea of Xu Cheng’s ability because he had never seen Xu Cheng in action. The only ti he had seen it was once when he followed him to assassinate the head of the Wild Wolf rcenaries.
But it was different now, it was a regular army with tanks and heavy security on the other side. He was a little worried as he rushed back to the Deviant Corp’s basecamp and reported to Chekhov and the others.
Chekhov and the others were still roasting steaks and eating.
Benjamin was anxious. “You’re just going to let Boss go in alone? I saw it, this ti Blackwater’s defenses are even better than when you two went it. They had a circle of tanks patrolling outside, and less than a hundred ters away from the barracks, there were machine guns piled up in the trenches. There’s simply no shortcut to get in except from the main gate.”
When he finished speaking, he saw the crowd looking at him with careless expressions.
Chekhov spit out one word. “Oh.”
Then they continued to play cards.
Benjamin got angry. “Isn’t Boss the foundation of our organization? What will we do if he’s gone? How will we continue down this path without him leading us?”
Li Wei, who has always followed Xu Cheng, smiled. “Benjamin, is this your first day knowing Boss?”
Benjamin smacked his lips. “I know he’s supposed to be strong, but Blackwater’s defenses are really flawless.”
Mario waved his hands. “Wrong, he’s not just strong, he’s incredibly strong! Your ability hasn’t awakened yet, so you don’t have a proper definition of yourself and the Deviant Corp. It’s not a rumor that our Boss’s ambition is to take control of everything. Why do you think we say the boss is the foundation of our organization? It’s because he’s very strong and as long as he doesn’t fall down, we Deviant rcenaries will not perish. If his strength was just average, then did you think he would dare to have overhead control of Kush?”
Benjamin: “That’s what I’m wondering too. I heard earlier that he and Kush had a draw and both were badly injured. So why is Kush at the rcy of others this ti?”
Li Wei: “Because Boss’s strength has increased again! The fact that he was able to save Kush without hesitation ans that Kush is no longer a threat to him. You don’t need to worry about his strength, as long as he’s not facing a nuclear bomb, then I’ll bet that a battalion can’t even take him down, or even be enough to tire him out.”
Vala and Diesel nodded.
Diesel then said to Benjamin, “I’ve realized sothing recently since I was doing assassination missions. If I was capable of taking out the target with hundreds of soldiers against , then wouldn’t it be a piece of cake for Boss to kill all of them? It’s only recently that it dawned on why the Boss no longer wanted to command the army, but chose to hide and work behind the scenes; it’s because with his strength, he really wasn’t afraid of soone like Kush or anyone who have thousands of soldiers, simply because he could easily kill them all! At his level of solo combat, the counter-attacks would have to be in groups of thousands and that is the biggest reason why us Deviant rcenaries can’t be exposed.”
Chekhov looked at the clock and said, “It’s been half an hour, let’s go. Everyone, get into the car, they really have a lot of ammunition and I’m sure we’ll take a lot back this ti.”
The group nodded.
Chekhov then said to Benjamin, “You tag along as well and see how the so-called flawless defenses in your eyes are destroyed by our Boss. I bet there’s a massacre going on there.”
