Sothing’s off!
This is seriously off!
Gulelie, surveying the state of the battlefield, felt an increasing sense of unease.
But where exactly did this sense of unease co from?
He furrowed his brow, scrutinizing every small skirmish, every detail. Sothing was off, definitely off!
This type of battle involving millions from the Dragon Clan! It should be utter chaos with both dragons and humans involved!
So why was the battlefield so orderly? Every battlefield was clearly delineated, and it seems like every position was engaged in combat. But this fighting was too thodical! Gulelie realized that Long Yi and his n had sohow managed to draw the Black Dragon Alliance into their own rhythm, making their advantage of one million soldiers useless.
It felt as though a pair of giant eyes were surveying the entire battlefield from the sky! This should not be happening!
Gulelie imdiately urged his terrifying mana to seek out the source of his discomfort. Suddenly, he noticed several tiny white dots in the high heavens!
What was that?
Gulelie imdiately utilized a spell to observe in detail and found, to his shock, that they were several dragons!
The dragon in the middle looked like the White Dragon, but it had unusually large eyes and ears that other dragons didn’t possess. Similarly, the Dragon Rider mounted on its back also had large ears and eyes.
At his side, a chubby Dragon Rider was mounted on a dragon with a massive mouth, while a skinny rider rode a slender dragon. In front, a warrior from the Celestial Clan was looking in his direction!
"I get it now! It’s Wesley!"
Gulelie murmured under his breath.
Wesley wasn’t particularly noticeable within Long Yi’s legion, except for his large eyes and ears. However, he was always present in Long Yi’s most famous battles!
From the start, when Long Yi was truly recognized after the Seven Kingdoms’ War, to all subsequent battles, although Wesley did not possess significant power, he was always trusted by Long Yi!
But why?
The answer was the Observation Technique!
Wesley’s dragon, the Observation Dragon, was a native species in the Human Realm. It bestowed upon Dragon Riders an ability known as the Observation Technique, which greatly heightened the rider’s sight, hearing, and the ability to perceive and judge various minor details.
In the past, despite the Observation Dragons not possessing any exceptional combat abilities, they were neither liked nor favored by any nation’s military. When they did occasionally appear within the ranks of the Dragon Riders, they either beca cannon fodder early on or stopped being Dragon Riders due to lack of importance.
But Wesley was different.
From start to finish, Long Yi had generously helped Wesley, providing the Observation Technique with a true platform for showcasing its potential!
Indeed, it was by virtue of the Observation Technique that Wesley could orchestrate the entire battlefield, even beyond the sight of Dragon Clan, and deploy troops to different locations!
To ordinary soldiers, war was a fight to the death, but to Wesley, war was like a huge chess ga! With such an aerial perspective, both the enemy and his side were clear, and making any arrangents was easy!
In fact, Gulelie’s guess was exactly right.
Long Yi had Wesley placed in that position in order to make use of the power of the Observation Technique.
In previous wars, the value of Wesley’s Observation Technique was proven ti after ti. With him, it was as if a spy satellite was suspended in the sky, capturing every move of the enemy clearly!
Upon receiving this information, the councilors at Gulelie’s side couldn’t sit idle anymore. They flew high and rushed directly towards Wesley. At the sa ti, several other councilors from Asus’ side also darted out.
The councilor-rank older dragons possessed a more formidable power. Although they had not entered the battlefield, they were always watching the other side, and if one side stirred, the other would react.
And that’s what was happening now!
The old dragons first clashed in the air using various spells and fighting techniques, and then transford into dragons, engaging in mutual beating with their dragon breath and physical strength!
At the sa ti, two other councilors by Gulelie’s side also made their move.
That’s right, the number of councilors standing by Gulelie’s side was sowhat larger than that on Asus’s side.
At this point, Wesley, watching from the sky, also took notice.
"Guys, looks like we’ve got so company, should we retreat?" Wesley asked Nim and Mosquito.
"How many are coming?" Mosquito retorted.
"Two."
"Isn’t that just perfect? Let’s each take one!" Mosquito laughed.
"I’ll take on the strongest! Leave the rest to you two!"
Nim stared ahead, locked onto the one with the strongest aura among them, and without another word, directly flew towards him!
Mosquito and the chef shared a look and readied themselves.
The chef’s Hive Dragon was summoned, and Mosquito’s Nine Mosquito Dragon also took their places!
Nim, as a warrior of Celestial Clan, had his own pride. Even though he seed submissive in front of Long Yi, it didn’t an he feared others. In fact, most of the Celestial Clan looked down upon the Dragon Clan. After the Giants helped them, the Celestial Clan grew to beco the most powerful race in the Heaven Realm. They dared to na themselves ’Celestial Clan’ after the realm. The Dragon Clan had betrayed the Giants, an unforgivable sin.
