In the blink of an eye, only the Golems remained atop the silver disk.
"Just now, what was that all about?"
That Golem returned to the group still in a state of shock.
"Ahem, let explain that," the pink pig humd as it floated up to stand. It spoke as if it were sothing quite impressive.
"Who created this silver disk is unknown, but its purpose is to stabilize ti-space and dinsions for easy travel between the Lower Divine Ring and the other Divine Rings. Once you leave the range of the silver disk, ti-space and dinsions will rapidly change. It’s a good thing that sister caught you. Otherwise, once you completely left, we really wouldn’t know where to start looking for you." The pig humd with an air of profound knowledge.
"This ti we owe you a lot," the Darkness Saintess said to the pig. Without it, they might not have suffered any loss, but they would have been in a panic. Especially if soone got lost in the chaos, it would be too troubleso to find a god in the vast Eighth Ring.
"No problem, no problem, just ask if there’s anything you don’t understand. My vast knowledge, gained from eating, was prepared just for monts like this!" the pig said.
"Speaking of eating..." The Darkness Saintess thought of the pig’s food again.
"Ha ha ha! Yes, sisters, it’s ti for dinner!" The pig jumped up, its face full of bliss.
The food of the pig was the remnants of gods. The pink pig transford into a huge golden pig. Its enormous maw brought forth a terrifying suction, swallowing all the remnants of the dead gods nearby, and then the pink pig reappeared.
"Though it’s not my first ti seeing it, I still feel queasy watching it a second ti," a Golem girl said.
"Yeah, yeah, it eats everything," another Golem girl said.
"Right, right, I saw those remnants had XX and XX in them," a third Golem girl whispered.
"You know it, I also saw..."
The Golems’ voices grew quieter and quieter, eventually turning into whispers. The pig was oblivious to what they were saying, but it could guess it probably wasn’t very flattering.
"No matter what, you’ve done a remarkable job this ti," the Darkness Saintess said to the pig.
"Ah, if gluttony is my fault, then please let be wrong again and again!" the pig declared, feigning sorrow.
The Darkness Saintess had to exert a lot of effort to suppress her laughter, as watching a little pig compose poetry in distress was an experience that could leave one in stitches.
Due to the peculiar nature of the silver disk, there was only one way to leave it. That was for everyone to hold hands and walk together, so they wouldn’t be separated. The little pig was held in the hand of the Darkness Saintess, who then grabbed another Golem, and together, three hundred Golems left the silver disk.
"So, what do you suggest we do next?" the Darkness Saintess asked the pig.
"Um, let think with my stomach. In general, there isn’t much of a difference between the Eighth Ring and the Ninth, aside from the strength of enemies increasing. The sa goes for the Seventh Ring. The Ninth, Eighth, and Seventh Rings are all known as the Lower Divine Ring, and gods living here are called Low-level Gods because they possess Divine Power and Divine Status but no Divine Ability, only using Divine Power for basic combat. Our goal is the Seventh Ring, so just as in the Ninth Ring, we should gather more Divine Status here, accumulate Divine Power, and then enter the Seventh Ring," the pig said.
"What is Divine Ability?" the Darkness Saintess asked upon hearing a new term.
"Ha ha! I knew you’d ask ! So I’ve thought of an answer already!" the pig said proudly, "Divine Ability is the might of a god. I do not know specifically what it entails; I learned it from the knowledge I’ve eaten. But according to my stomach, a god with Divine Ability can command regular Low-level Gods!"
This explanation seed to do little to clarify things.
"Alright, sisters, let’s find a suitable planet first, then begin our hunting quest!"
