Elders, upon hearing such stringent requirents, understood that this eting had to be of utmost significance. They dared not delay and imdiately donned formal attire they had not touched in a long ti, hurrying to the eting room.

The spacious eting room was not very crowded, for only a few Elders with real power had been notified to attend the eting. At this mont, the Great Elder sat in the center, his one eye half closed. A box lay before him, shut tight, with no one knowing what was inside.

Gradually, the murmurs around died down. The Great Elder opened his eye and surveyed his surroundings, "Those who should be here are present, and we won’t wait for those who aren’t. Now, I will discuss the events that happened this afternoon."

As the Great Elder began to speak, everyone held their breath and listened attentively, as a description from the Great Elder demanded respect.

"You should all be aware of Henki, who has caused quite a stir in the city recently," said the Great Elder.

The Elders present nodded. This forr fool, who entered the military with a record of consecutive victories, and then won the regintal competition as champion, even challenged and defeated three elite mbers of the Imperial Guard. Such feats were enough to draw attention. But if it were just for this, the Elders definitely would not regard him too highly. What truly caught the Elders’ attention was his background. Almost all evidence suggested that Henki was a talent nurtured by the La Sang Family, which intended to use him to achieve the Family’s revival. And the primary ans to revive the Family was a new type of Energy Alloy.

The strength of The Forgotten Ones was based largely on the Energy Alloy, which had enabled their current status. But over the years, the technology for the Energy Alloy had nearly reached its peak, allowing no room for further advancent. At this point, however, Henki had used what appeared to be a superior Energy Alloy. Because of this, the Elders were all curious about how far this Energy Alloy could go.

The Great Elder nodded and said, "This afternoon, an elite squad from our Family covertly followed Henki as he left the barracks and made his way to the slums of the Imperial City. In a deserted courtyard, Henki produced a new type of alloy using so equipnt and conducted several experints. During this process, Henki also modified his Alloy Greatsword and left behind so fragnts of the Energy Alloy."

As he spoke, the Elder slowly opened the box before him. Inside the box were the very sword tip fragnts they had brought back!

"This fragnt, after testing by our scientists and myself, has proven to enhance the performance by thirty percent compared to the Energy Alloy we currently use!"

Upon hearing this, the entire room was shocked. Initially, the Elders insisted it was impossible. But then, as the small piece of the sword tip was placed before each Elder, their expressions changed instantly.

Although they could not determine the precise thirty percent improvent, they could keenly feel that the characteristics of this Energy Alloy fragnt were far stronger than the most advanced current Energy Alloy! After all, the developnt of Energy Alloy already had a history of thousands of years, and areas for improvent had been thoroughly explored. Despite countless scientists working hard, the improvents on Energy Alloy only saw a few percentage points annual increase. And now, the ergence of an Energy Alloy with a thirty percent improvent was enough to incite madness even among these ordinary people, let alone the Emperor!

"With such advanced Energy Alloy at hand, why didn’t they directly reveal it instead of having Henki participate in the competition?" one Elder whispered.

"Heh, that must certainly be the La Sang Family’s intent. Look, even a useless person with this kind of Energy Alloy could defeat elite mbers of the Imperial Guard. What if it were in the hands of a powerful warrior?" another Elder said.

"No, this Henki is not a useless person," another Elder corrected. "Leaving aside the new type of Energy Alloy he created, just his fighting style alone, which I have seen myself after sending my subordinates to watch, is unique. He’s not adept at using Energy Swords, but in terms of combat ability, he’s truly no failure."

The Energy Alloy had made its way around the room, leaving every Elder with an expression of shock. So Elders remained silent and contemplated, while others engaged in heated discussion with their peers.

The sword tip returned to the Great Elder’s hands. He gripped it, feeling its unprecedentedly smooth energy characteristics, as the tal of the sword tip emitted varying gleams of light. The Fighting Aura and other qualities altered rapidly.

After a long ti, the Great Elder cleared his throat, and the room quieted down imdiately.

"So, esteed Elders, what are your opinions on this matter?" the Great Elder asked.

"I suggest that our Family’s scientists imdiately analyze this tal. We need to quickly understand its composition and present it to the Emperor before the La Sang Family does," one Elder said.

"You idiot, the Emperor already knows about this mysterious tal formula that the La Sang Family has. What’s the point of researching it now?"

"Then what should we do? Should we capture Henki?"
