"Silver Dragon?"

Long Yi turned his head and caught the expressions of Ai Lin and Little Zi, both girls had the sa stunned look.

"That’s a strange dragon! Its whole body is silver, with no eyes, no mouth, very short wings, and its body is full of scars."

Next, the Water Spirit began to slowly recount what had happened in Silver Dragon Lake. As Long Yi listened, his eyes bulged, almost dropping his jaw.

By the end, Long Yi was utterly dumbfounded.

"So you’re saying, that fighter... no, that Silver Dragon descended from the sky trailing thick smoke, its body shedding countless tal pieces? And this ... it dropped into the water?"

Long Yi pointed to the huge missile, his eyes widened.

"Yes, that thing just plunged right above my head, it gave quite a scare!" Even though Water Spirit was smaller, her bust was still the sa size. She patted her own massive chest, made a scared expression, her chest shaking and making a dong dong splash. It was so embarrassing that Ai Lin was blushing.

"Then, where did that Silver Dragon go?" Long Yi asked hurriedly.

"This is the second question--" said Water Spirit.

"Yes, this is the second question. Please answer it," Long Yi said.

"The Elf Empress happened to be visiting that day. She found the tal fragnts on the ground to be very interesting, so she asked to give her this Silver Dragon. Since I had no use for it, I gave it to her, along with the fragnts from the Silver Dragon that had fallen in the water. But this stick looked very pretty, so I kept it for myself!" said Water Spirit.

"You an, the Silver Dragon was taken by the Elves!"

"Yes, exactly!"

Long Yi finally understood where the screws on the Elven blade had co from. They were undoubtedly the product of the Elves reverse engineering the fighter!

"So, did the Silver Dragon crash here eighteen years ago?" Long Yi asked again.

"Of course not! That happened eight thousand years ago! So, ever since then, the Elves have called this place Silver Dragon Lake!" said Water Spirit.

What the fuck!

Eight thousand years ago? Did I have an eight-thousand-year discrepancy when I ti-traveled?

"Wait, there’s a legend that this Silver Dragon was the first Silver Dragon in the world. Is that true?" Long Yi asked.

"Of course! That’s the Silver Dragon! Do you know, every ti the Elf Empress cos here to play, she always ntions the Silver Dragon’s protection of the Elf race," said Water Spirit.

"Then, does the Silver Dragon have a Dragon Rider?" asked Long Yi anxiously.

"Of course..... I don’t know..." After thinking for a while, Water Sprite answered. "The Elves say that the Silver Dragon is severely injured and can’t fly anymore. They have been trying to help the Silver Dragon heal, but they don’t have the ability to heal it. I heard that the Silver Dragon lost a strangely nad artifact? So it can’t fly anymore!"

"Turbofan engine?" Long Yi tried to correct that term.

"Yes, that’s the na! Wow, man, you’re really amazing, you know so many new terms." Water Spirit was very excited. She had not heard such mysterious and fresh terms for a very long ti.

"I am the Dragon Rider of this Silver Dragon!" Long Yi imdiately declared out loud.

"I don’t believe it. Are you eighteen thousand years old?" Water Spirit asked.

"I’m eighteen."

"But the Silver Dragon fell here eight thousand years ago and you’re only eighteen..." Water Spirit said.

"This... this is hard to explain." Long Yi was slightly confused. Is it that he travelled too late or the plane traveled too soon?

"I need to find the Silver Dragon, where can I find it?" Long Yi could no longer care about anything else. Compared to his own fighter, the Crystal Core was worthless! The purpose of this trip was to have Ai Lin practice fighting, and the battles along the way had already achieved this goal. Long Yi desperately wanted to know the whereabouts of his fighter. He was even more eager to know how a fighter beca a Silver Dragon. And how it beca ’Lord’.

"The Silver Dragon was taken away by the Elf Empress. If you want to find the Silver Dragon, you might want to search in the Elf Forest," said the Water Sprite.

"And where is the Elf Forest?" Long Yi asked.

"If it were 8000 years ago, I would know. But now, I have no clue," The Water Sprite answered.

Even the Water Sprite didn’t know?

All Elves claid to hail from the Elf Forest, but the strangest thing was no one in this world knew the location of the Elf Forest. Asking the Elves was futile, they would never reveal it to you.

So scholars, after examining countless docunts, concluded that elves were not native to this plane of existence, but were from a higher plane. Despite this theory, it didn’t receive much support. After all, only the Elves could confirm or refute these theories, but they could care less about doing so. From the Elves’ perspective, their origin had absolutely nothing to do with humans.

Long Yi suddenly felt an urge to flip a table.

No, once I return to the Dragon Knight Academy, even if it costs an arm and leg, I will track down the Elf ntor Yavenny to find out the relationship between the Elves and that so-called ’Silver Dragon’. Then again, after 8000 years, would that fighter aircraft still be intact?

The situation was complex adding up the information I currently possess, making it increasingly difficult for Long Yi to figure out the whole context of the situation.

"Thank you for being honest with . Now I can tell you a more fun way. If you let go of the oxygen and slowly release the hydrogen into the air, it would gradually burn. As long as you can keep supplying hydrogen, the fla will never go out, and you can keep playing," Long Yi said.

The Water Sprite tried it out, and sure enough, a tiny fla began to burn on the surface of the water.

"Thank you so much! I’ll share this knowledge with all the Water Sprites around the world! They’ll consider you their best friend! If you need help, you can ask any Water Sprite, and they’ll all be willing to assist!" the Water Sprite exclaims sincerely. At the sa ti, she raised her hand and a water droplet glowing with blue light rose from the depths of the water, slowly approaching Long Yi.

"This is a water elent, a part of my body. Once you ingest it, it will permanently reside within your body. All water elent life forms will treat you kindly, even in the Water Elental Plane. I will bless you with the ability to summon the power of my blessing at any ti. This power can help you quickly heal wounds within half an hour; increase the power of your Fighting Aura during combat; and has a certain chance to help you block energy damage. However, this power can only be activated once a day."

The Water Sprite said.

This was practicing Water Sprite Dance on the go! Despite being usable only for half an hour, the ability could be activated once a day, which was extrely handy!

Long Yi had rely taught the Water Sprite a little trick, but had received such substantial aid in return, making even him feel a tad guilty. Regardless, even if he were killed, he would never reveal the thod of nuclear fusion to these Water Sprites.

Upon parting with the Water Sprite and leaving the Silver Dragon Lake, Long Yi carried a pent-up frustration for a long ti. He had suspected that the fighter aircraft had ended up in this world when he found the turbofan engine. It turned out that his conjecture was spot-on. However, the frustration of knowing that the aircraft was in this world yet not being able to locate it, was unbearable.

No, it wasn’t just unbearable, it was extrely unbearable! Especially given that this incident occurred a stunning 8000 years ago! It was utterly ridiculous! Back then, even on Earth, it was a ti when half-ape beings were smashing fruits with rocks!

The uncertainty about the future transford into both bottled-up frustration and motivation for Long Yi. The group forged ahead at a breakneck speed through the forest. Long Yi demonstrated astonishing combat abilities, and even Ai Lin and Little Zi were sowhat influenced by him, quietly battling monsters and gradually talking less.

The two girls saw Long Yi’s state and knew how vitally important the ’Silver Dragon’ was to him, but they couldn’t console him. They were initially most worried about Bajie, considering it was Long Yi’s official Mount Dragon. For Long Yi to suddenly claim that the Silver Dragon was his Mount Dragon rather than Bajie seed like he was playing two sides, they thought Bajie would surely be upset. Instead, Bajie was not only unbothered, but he also wore a serious expression, seemingly trying to reassure Ai Lin.

Is this dumb dragon not aware of jealousy?

Possessing a Crystal Core entices monsters, who believe that devouring it can enhance their power. The more Crystal Cores one carries, the greater and stronger the monsters attracted. Long Yi and his team faced several battles daily throughout their journey. Suppressed rage fueled Long Yi’s fights. Along the way, Long Yi ended all his fights in a bout of frenzy, fighting two level nine monsters at one point. Upon eting them, without uttering a word, Long Yi unleashed the power of his two Dragon Marks, cutting them down convincingly. Using his Crystal Greatsword, he brutally beat them until they were severely maid. As for those monsters below level eight, they dropped dead at the sight of him without being able to touch him.

As for the hardness of that Crystal Greatsword, it was beyond Long Yi’s expectations. Despite its slight damage in the continuous battles, it astonishingly healed completely once fighting aura was infused into it. Upon closer inspection, it turned out that a Crystal Core was embedded in the Greatsword!

That ant that the Crystal Greatsword was a Crystal Core weapon! And when not in combat, it could completely revert to the size of a Crystal Core!

Though just the size of an egg, this Crystal Core was incredibly dense and felt heavy in the hand, the energy it contained appeared to be no less than that of a Crystal Core the size of a fist.

But generally, once Crystal Core weapons have a master, they can’t have a second one. So why could Long Yi still use this Crystal Greatsword?

Damn it! As if I didn’t have enough to confuse on this quest! First, there was that strange woman, then an inexplicably crashed fighter aircraft. What’s this Greatsword compared to my fighter aircraft?!

Finally, one day, as Long Yi was walking, he suddenly bumped his head against a stone, shattering a large stone slab. Ai Lin and Little Zi hurried over to help him up. Only then did he finally roar at the sky in a daze.

"To hell with it! I’m not thinking about it anymore!"

After that, Long Yi finally returned to normal.
