Upon hearing Solis ntion his own na, the serpent imdiately flickered with pride.

"So, did she just command the Dragon Clan to attack us Giants?" Long Yi’s heart started beating wildly at this mont, a mystery that had troubled the multiverse for a long ti was about to be unveiled today!

"Hahaha, don’t be foolish. How could that be possible, even a god has to follow rules! Of course, she can’t do that! Hahahaha!" Solis burst into laughter, mocking Long Yi’s ignorance.

But Long Yi’s eyes widened in an instant.

Even gods have to follow rules? That ans there is a higher existence above gods! Clearly gods would not have to obey the very rules they set, but, gods are rely Tier 2 Lifeforms!

That is to say, above the gods, there exists the legendary Tier 1 Lifeforms who have set rules that not even gods dare to violate!

"Then, who exactly initiated the Dragon Clan’s attack on the Giants?" Long Yi asked sternly.

Solis chuckled dryly a few tis and lowered his voice, "That question... why don’t you ask the Dragon Clan themselves?"

Long Yi didn’t understand the aning of this statent, but almost instantly, an extrely astonishing spatial turbulence burst from Long Yi’s private space. Long Yi hastily took out the source... the source of this spatial turbulence was the key to the Teleportation Gate!

Wasn’t it broken? Why would it still emit spatial turbulence?

Could it be...

A sense of unease faintly arose in Long Yi’s heart. He followed Little Zi’s thod taught previously, sealed Solis in the Cosmic Stone, and placed the Cosmic Stone into his private space. Then he went to the upper levels of the Ancient Mage Tower and released the young Black Dragon who had been imprisoned. Although young, the Black Dragon was already mature. By now, he had been tornted beyond recognition, and Long Yi’s appearance imdiately freed him. Also, because of the old dragon’s imprint, this young Black Dragon knew Long Yi was an ally, and so signed a contract with Long Yi and entered a resting state.

Just at this mont, a greater spatial turbulence arrived!

This is not right! Sothing dreadful is about to happen!

Dragon Star, the Dragon Clan’s habitat, where one after another Black Dragon was passing through a massive array, connecting directly to a planet in the Lower Plane.

This planet was none other than the Divine Auffa Empire!

At this mont, it was the routine morning eting of the Divine Auffa Empire, and the spirited Saint Jialin was awaiting the lower Ministers to propose topics. Suddenly, an explosion erupted from beneath the ground behind the Imperial Palace, followed by a thunderous roar!

At this mont, neither Long Yi nor Ai Lin was there, so when the sky filled with Black Dragons appeared, Saint Jialin was directly petrified.

From the appearance of the Black Dragons to the Imperial City changing hands, it only took ten minutes.

The leader of the Black Dragons was an Elder Black Dragon nad Slite, who took control of Saint Jialin at the earliest opportunity, and then what followed was almost a natural progression, with virtually no resistance throughout the entire Imperial City—after all, the Emperor was already in their hands.

Then Slite sent a ssage to Long Yi, "Co and die."

There was no apparent cause, but when Long Yi received this ssage, he imdiately understood that the matter involving the Dragon Clan was far more complicated than he had thought.

Neither Long Yi nor Ai Lin had expected that just as they had awakened a group of White Dragons, a group of Black Dragons suddenly appeared on the other side. Subsequent reports proved that the number of Black Dragons now ensconced in the Divine Auffa Empire had already surpassed ten thousand!

"Could anyone please explain the reason for this?" Long Yi asked the room full of little White Dragons.

At this mont, the old White Dragon Berick also transford into human form, his eyebrows tightly furrowed.

"We really don’t know what has happened; we White Dragons, as friends of the Giants, definitely would not do anything to betray you," Berick said.

"I know it wasn’t you guys, and it definitely wasn’t that old Emperor either, I just want to find out what happened after I woke you up. Couldn’t there really be so many Black Dragons sleeping on this plane?" Long Yi asked.

"That’s impossible, many of the dragons from this plane returned to Dragon Star shortly after being cursed; we might not be all, but we should be the vast majority," Berick replied.

"So, could these dragons have possibly co from Dragon Star?" Long Yi’s voice grew softer.

"That’s possible," Berick said.

"They can co here, but can they go back?" Long Yi looked into Berick’s eyes.

"This... I really don’t know," Berick said helplessly, completely at a loss as to why this would happen.

"Well, anyway, this ti it might be a tough fight. Before we set out, I want to ask you one question, are you willing to follow to confront the Black Dragons? If you’re not willing, you can stay here, and I’ll handle this myself. To be honest, I’m really worried you might change sides at the crucial mont, so if you’re not going to help, just don’t co at all." Due to the suddenness of events, Long Yi had no ti for eloquence, and spoke frankly.

"Rest assured, Mr. Long Yi, even during warti, we White Dragons stand by the Giants," Berick said.

"Then let us set off imdiately!"

When Long Yi arrived at the outskirts of the Divine Auffa Empire, he imdiately realized that the situation was not optimistic. The entire Imperial City of the Divine Auffa Empire had already been completely occupied by the Black Dragons, with ten thousand Black Dragons tightly surrounding the entire city. The mages loyal to the Empire were on standby because the Emperor had been captured at the first onset, leaving these Divine Armor-clad Sanctuary mages with no way to launch an attack.

"What shall we do?" Faced with this situation, Ai Lin also felt troubled. Abandoning Saint Jialin seed like the top priority, but after all, wasn’t he also a friend? To simply give up like this?

"I will go first to feel out the situation and see where this group of big guys is from; Silver and I will go together," Long Yi said.

"Okay!" Silver imdiately nodded.

"Be very careful, we will back you up here," Little Zi said.

"As long as we don’t use Xiaodie, things should still be manageable," Long Yi said, looking at the horizon filled with dark shadows and sighing.

"Don’t worry, if you let take action, things will be even more manageable," Xiaodie said, poking her head out from Long Yi’s personal space and giggling.

"Calm down..." Long Yi said to Xiaodie, as well as to himself.

Silver transford into a huge Shadow Silver Dragon and flew high into the sky; the patrolling Black Dragons imdiately spotted a dragon sparkling with silver light approaching from afar.

"Hey, brother! Look at that dragon!" a Black Dragon Warrior shouted to another Black Dragon Warrior beside him.

"My God, that dragon is truly beautiful!" the other Black Dragon Warrior said, his eyes instantly enlarging.

"Hahaha, this ti it’s really worth it! If I could have that dragon, even dying here would be fine," said that Black Dragon, his eyes entranced.

"Just to make it clear, I have my eye on this silver beauty, if any of you dare to compete with , I’ll take you down!" A third dragon flew over, it was much larger than the previous two, asuring a full fifty ters in length. The previous two Black Dragons imdiately deflated. "That’s right, that’s right, how would we dare to compete with you for what you want, big brother!"

As they spoke, Silver gradually approached.

"What dragon! Trespassing into our Black Dragon... territory..." The Black Dragon previously called big brother started shouting with a great aura, but as Silver ca closer, the three Black Dragons facing them realized just how huge Silver truly was—over a hundred ters in length, twice the size of that Black Dragon big brother! Black dragons were never very large, and for one to grow beyond fifty ters was quite rare. Yet here, Silver lood over a hundred ters!

"I am Silver, my master, Long Yi, is here as well. We want to see the highest-ranking dragon in charge here," Silver said loudly.

At this point, the Black Dragons noticed that there was actually a person sitting atop Silver, sothing they hadn’t even realized before.

"Long Yi? Could it be..."

The Black Dragon big brother imdiately realized that the real deal had co.

In an instant, they were surrounded by Black Dragons; while the Black Dragons were not just fixated on the beautiful Silver, they were more concerned about the Giant, Long Yi.

The relationship between Giants and the Dragon Clan always involves a few inescapable keywords: betrayal and curse are among these keywords that forever rank at the forefront. The Black Dragons didn’t care much for the term betrayal, as they never considered their relationship with the Giants to be as close as brothers to begin with, so betrayal was out of the question. However, the curse was very real. So when Long Yi appeared, these Black Dragons felt very conflicted. On one hand, the Giant was their hope for lifting the curse, but on the other, Long Yi was also their target.

Slite, upon hearing that he was managing a Silver Dragon, ca here as well, standing atop the head of another Black Dragon. He initially thought Long Yi would imdiately launch an attack, as in the few days since he had arrived here, he had interrogated many people and understood the state of the world and Long Yi’s position within it. He believed this was going to be a montous battle.

But in reality, this was not the case, as Long Yi had only co here by himself.

"Are you Long Yi?" Slite asked from afar. Although his voice wasn’t loud, it was carried over by magic.

"Yes, I am Long Yi, and you are?" Long Yi asked back.

"I am Slite, the Black Dragon Elder in charge of this extermination operation," Slite said.

"Extermination? Are you referring to ?" Long Yi asked, smiling.

"Yes, that’s right," Slite said.

"I’m curious, it seems you’ve consistently avoided saying exactly who I am. Do you not want your subordinates to know, or do you not want the creatures of this plane to know that you are repeating what was done ten thousand years ago?" Long Yi sharply sensed this.

Slite was silent for a mont, then said, "It’s an order; I have received orders, and I obey them, that’s all."

Long Yi nodded, realizing that Slite was not a dragon difficult to communicate with. This made things interesting. (To be continued.
